“We normally go to the one in Wantagh and I have to tell you we stoped at this D&D last night and I couldn't believe how nice the Gentleman that helped us was ... not to mention funny !! I think most Dunkin donuts are terrible these days but this one I had a great Experience and It was a large very nice clean store and we'll definitely go back. I wish I could remember his name because I would definitely mention the man that served us .... He was great and made a mean icecream cone .... So thank you !!!!“

“Every time I visit New York I stop by my favorite Dunkin Donuts shop in Long Island, the Hicksville Station Dunkin. This place is 24/7 and it's always reliable when I come back late from the city or just before and after visiting family.

The staff here work hard and this location being near the LIRR Station makes it a stop for all kinds of visitors. I've seen the staff deal with drunk, homeless, and sometimes even dangerous customers - yet they still keep as much professionality and service as they can.

My orders always came out correct and I always enjoy my time here, even after 10+ years. Keep up the good work guys. And to all my fellow guests: The staff here have to deal with a lot. The location is open all day and night and the staff deal with some of the worst personalities from alcoholics to drugged up homeless to random pranksters and even gang members. “The Dunkin’ at hillside near to Bank of America is really a good place to visit for your breakfast fast and coffee. I liked the people over there. “The regular coffee is really good when compared to most other places. This is particularly true when you compare Tim Hortons to Duncan Donuts and Starbucks. Duncan tastes very mild. Starbucks tastes like a mild espresso. Perhaps it's just me and my taste preference. In any case, I prefer Tim Hortons coffee and I like the fact that you can gas up at a reasonable price, get coffee, donuts or other snacks all in one place. In short, Tim Hortons is a much better place to visit than 7Eleven.“

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Parking: Adequate parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“There is one Lady in the evening shift she’s the best made my day I requested to make me a fresh midnight coffee and she did it for me only🙌cause literally I was going some other places and they used to give me old regular coffe mixture with espresso shots but she didn’t did that thankful for the service she’s the best.“

“I just went in for an Iced Green Tea w/ melted honey. I have been a coffee drinker for 15 years and just switched. Every dunkin I go to straight up refuses to even try to make it. Nobody cares.

“Well, Duncan’s are all over the place but there’s no place like sunrise Highway in Baldwin. Avery is the best employee I’ve ever had!! at Dunkin every day all over the Long Island as a driver and let me tell you they really accommodate and best coffee ever and their drive-through convenience is unmatched anywhere in and out great orders. “Used to love going out of my way to come to this dunkin because they USED to have my favorite flavor, the chocolate headlight. Unfortunately, this flavor was discontinued. Their donuts seemed fresher than other locations. I hope they bring the chocolate headlight back because this was the only location outside of Florida that had it. -1 star for this reason. No reason to go out of my way now. My waste is probably the only one happy about this.“
