“The regular coffee is really good when compared to most other places. This is particularly true when you compare Tim Hortons to Duncan Donuts and Starbucks. Duncan tastes very mild. Starbucks tastes like a mild espresso. Perhaps it's just me and my taste preference. In any case, I prefer Tim Hortons coffee and I like the fact that you can gas up at a reasonable price, get coffee, donuts or other snacks all in one place. In short, Tim Hortons is a much better place to visit than 7Eleven.“

“Love this place! We go to Dunkin all over the metro area and very few of them are accommodating. Ended up here on July 4th evening and they were fantastic! This is one of the few Dunkin’s I’d keep supporting. They have a great staff, so nice. I highly recommend this store.“

“Every time I visit New York I stop by my favorite Dunkin Donuts shop in Long Island, the Hicksville Station Dunkin. This place is 24/7 and it's always reliable when I come back late from the city or just before and after visiting family.

The staff here work hard and this location being near the LIRR Station makes it a stop for all kinds of visitors. I've seen the staff deal with drunk, homeless, and sometimes even dangerous customers - yet they still keep as much professionality and service as they can.

My orders always came out correct and I always enjoy my time here, even after 10+ years. Keep up the good work guys. And to all my fellow guests: The staff here have to deal with a lot. The location is open all day and night and the staff deal with some of the worst personalities from alcoholics to drugged up homeless to random pranksters and even gang members. Please cut them some slack, the area is a literal subway.“

This Dunkin’ is super convenient, especially being right near Harbor Hill School. I’ve stopped in a few times when I’m in the area—either for a quick coffee or something on the go.

The location is easy to find, but the parking lot can get tight, especially during the morning rush. You might have to wait a bit for a spot, which can be frustrating if you’re in a hurry.

Inside, the store is on the smaller side. It’s really set up more for quick grabs than for hanging out, but it’s always been clean when I’ve gone in. Service has been hit or miss depending on the day—some staff are friendly and fast, while other times the energy feels a little low and the orders might not come out quite right.

Food and drinks are standard Dunkin’. Most of the time my coffee is spot on, and the breakfast sandwiches are decent. I’ve had a couple off days with stale donuts or a drink made wrong, but nothing major. Just depends on who’s working and how busy it is.

Overall, I’d give this spot a solid 3.9 out of 5. It does the job when you need a caffeine fix or a bite, especially if you’re already nearby. Just don’t count on it for a relaxing sit-down coffee—this is more of a grab-and-go kind of place.“

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Parking: Adequate parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“I'm glad they shut down the old location and moved here. It's much better with the drive thru and more spacious interior. Donuts are always fresh and tasty. Do yourself a favor and try the Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate.

“I just went in for an Iced Green Tea w/ melted honey. I have been a coffee drinker for 15 years and just switched. Every dunkin I go to straight up refuses to even try to make it. Nobody cares.

The manager at this Dunkin Donuts not only cared enough to listen to my request, he made the drink PERFECT. I worked for Dunkin Donuts for about a year and it's like I made it myself.

10/10. I would go here over any other Dunkin in the area.“

We used to live in Canada, and Tim Hortons was a regular part of life there — coffee runs, Timbits, and of course, the classic Boston Cream donut. So when this brand-new Shell station opened with a Tim Hortons inside, we had to stop in.

The nostalgia hit immediately. We ordered Timbits — those little bite-sized doughnut holes that are somehow impossible to stop eating — and they tasted just as we remembered. The Boston Cream donut was another must-have, with its soft dough, creamy filling, and smooth chocolate topping. One bite and we were right back in Canada.

The coffee was fresh and just the way Tim Hortons does it — smooth, warm, and perfect alongside the sweets. The location itself is spotless, thanks to being part of a brand-new Shell station, and the service was friendly and quick.

For us, this wasn’t just about grabbing coffee and donuts — it was about reliving a piece of our life abroad. If you’ve ever lived in Canada or just love Tim Hortons, this spot is worth the stop.“

“Standard Dunkin’ Donuts . Super busy but in a key location. Lot of traffic but a lot of staffing so service is still good. Parking is miserable due to configuration and size of lot, access points to the road, and drive thru line logistics.

Still if you need Dunkin I’d recommend drive thru experience to avoid the pain of parking.“

“This place is amazing! Every employee is exceptional in their own way. When you visit, you'll encounter friendly staff members who wish you a good day and make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Every time I’m there, I feel valued, and my orders have always been correct—I’ve never had any issues. The establishment is clean, and if you need a table cleaned, they promptly offer assistance.

There’s a lady at the sandwich station who is particularly skilled at her job. The management is great, too. When you come to this location, take the opportunity to get to know the different staff members who work each shift. “Says it opens at 5am but when you get there at 5:30am, the lights are off, there are 2 people inside walking around... You Go to the drive thru menu and they take your order. It's a bit confusing, wouldn't you want the lights on when the establishment is supposed to be open at 5am? The ladies are nice and I've had no issues. Just a bit odd.“

“Definitely order online first. This location gets busy, especially during lunchtime, so it’s easier to place your order ahead and just pick it up. There’s no drive-through, but it’s worth the stop. The food was great- fresh, hot, and made to order. The Midnight Coffee was really good. Just make sure to check your order before you leave for accuracy.“
