Great product, but the customer service is very cold. Alot of people behind the counter, but they were doing everything and nothing. Garbage was all over the floor, it was really the atmosphere and the coldness of the staff. Not great place to go, unless you are in a jam.
The cashiers don't know how to redeem rewards on the app. Tells me nope it's not working. When I tell her to cancel the order because I didn't being my wallet with me she was like oh she can't cancel it. There are people waiting to order. I told her to go ahead. She looks at me puzzle. Then the manger comes and do it with no issue

Most beautiful Dunkin I’ve ever been to.But…They got my order wrong multiple times, I don't know why I keep coming back.Short, blonde haired girl should remember to wash her hands after using the bathroom. I don't want my coffee smelling like poopy. Another time I'm pretty sure I smelled alcohol under her breath. Maybe it's the alcohol that makes her forget to wash her hands.
