Most beautiful Dunkin I’ve ever been to.But…They got my order wrong multiple times, I don't know why I keep coming back.Short, blonde haired girl should remember to wash her hands after using the bathroom. I don't want my coffee smelling like poopy. Another time I'm pretty sure I smelled alcohol under her breath. Maybe it's the alcohol that makes her forget to wash her hands.
This is the first time I've ever seen a Dunkin' Donuts give these adorable little bags with the donuts. The place is clean and the employees are very polite.

Ordered a cold brew with sweet cold foam. Added almondmilk, unsweetened hazelnut and sweetened butter pecan flavors. Quick service.
The young man at the counter needed more training. Took 3x to get my order. The owner or manager was amazing.

I decided to give Dunkin a chance after a long break from them. I ordered a drink with cream and the lady that helped me said it comes with cream already. I said okay. They hand me the drink and there’s no cream in it. I go back to the counter to ask them to put cream in it and the three ladies behind the counter were too busy chattering like birds in another language to notice me asking for help. As soon as I got their attention they all stopped talking and glared at me. A lady added cream without saying a word to me. The drink tastes disgusting. I also got a donut that was half the size of what they usually are. Bring your young employees back or hire new ones ASAP.

This Dunkin' donuts is pretty good of surprised me. They did a great job with getting my stuff quickly and food came out as good as
Great product, but the customer service is very cold. Alot of people behind the counter, but they were doing everything and nothing. Garbage was all over the floor, it was really the atmosphere and the coldness of the staff. Not great place to go, unless you are in a jam.

I am very disappointed in my Dunkin orders. My drinks are never made consistently and this morning my breakfast wrap was blue. I don’t think I will be be returning.

Asked for a double espresso over ice in a small cup and they charged me the espresso and a munchkin for 45 cents and when I asked what is that munchkin charge they said we charged you for the ice!!! Last time here

I was there today 10/9 at 5:00 am it was 5:05 am and the girl didn't open the door she was playing with the stupid donuts with her fingers all over them and she seen me by the door and didn't open it. Poor customer service.
