“Yummmm live about 30 mins away and when they came they were still warm. We got. The Half&Half. Mozzarella & hotdog. All encrusted in the crunchiest little bite size potatoes. We also got two of the original. Yum. And of course we had to have the mochi donuts..flavors we had were Oreo strawberry (2) and a rainbow. 10 out of 10. “Every time I visit New York I stop by my favorite Dunkin Donuts shop in Long Island, the Hicksville Station Dunkin. This place is 24/7 and it's always reliable when I come back late from the city or just before and after visiting family.

The staff here work hard and this location being near the LIRR Station makes it a stop for all kinds of visitors. I've seen the staff deal with drunk, homeless, and sometimes even dangerous customers - yet they still keep as much professionality and service as they can.

My orders always came out correct and I always enjoy my time here, even after 10+ years. Keep up the good work guys. And to all my fellow guests: The staff here have to deal with a lot. The location is open all day and night and the staff deal with some of the worst personalities from alcoholics to drugged up homeless to random pranksters and even gang members. Please cut them some slack, the area is a literal subway.“

“The regular coffee is really good when compared to most other places. This is particularly true when you compare Tim Hortons to Duncan Donuts and Starbucks. Duncan tastes very mild. Starbucks tastes like a mild espresso. Perhaps it's just me and my taste preference. In any case, I prefer Tim Hortons coffee and I like the fact that you can gas up at a reasonable price, get coffee, donuts or other snacks all in one place. In short, Tim Hortons is a much better place to visit than 7Eleven.“

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Parking: Adequate parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“There is one Lady in the evening shift she’s the best made my day I requested to make me a fresh midnight coffee and she did it for me only🙌cause literally I was going some other places and they used to give me old regular coffe mixture with espresso shots but she didn’t did that thankful for the service she’s the best.“

“Well, Duncan’s are all over the place but there’s no place like sunrise Highway in Baldwin. Avery is the best employee I’ve ever had!! at Dunkin every day all over the Long Island as a driver and let me tell you they really accommodate and best coffee ever and their drive-through convenience is unmatched anywhere in and out great orders. We used to live in Canada, and Tim Hortons was a regular part of life there — coffee runs, Timbits, and of course, the classic Boston Cream donut. So when this brand-new Shell station opened with a Tim Hortons inside, we had to stop in.

This Dunkin’ is super convenient, especially being right near Harbor Hill School. I’ve stopped in a few times when I’m in the area—either for a quick coffee or something on the go.

The location is easy to find, but the parking lot can get tight, especially during the morning rush. You might have to wait a bit for a spot, which can be frustrating if you’re in a hurry.

Inside, the store is on the smaller side. It’s really set up more for quick grabs than for hanging out, but it’s always been clean when I’ve gone in. Service has been hit or miss depending on the day—some staff are friendly and fast, while other times the energy feels a little low and the orders might not come out quite right.

Food and drinks are standard Dunkin’. Most of the time my coffee is spot on, and the breakfast sandwiches are decent. I’ve had a couple off days with stale donuts or a drink made wrong, but nothing major. Just depends on who’s working and how busy it is.

“Soo I stopped coming here awhilee ago because no one knew had to make an iced coffee with 1 milk/little milk… (you’d think that’s pretty simple right?) I just recently came by here a few times in the AM during the week & it’s new employees since I last have been here. There is usually a blonde girl there that definitely is a hustler. She’s always on top of her game & I haven’t had a problem with my ice coffee. She’s always trying to get peoples orders out asap (as this location is pretty busy, there is usually a line in the AM) .
