I ordered a large tea and hash browns at this establishment.First my order was mistaken for a large coffee.Then I had to wait almost ten minutes for my order of five pieces of tiny hash browns to be ready.In ten minutes I could have ordered and received an entree at a nearby restaurant.I know people have bad days, but this is the worst experience I ever had at any Dunkin' Donuts. I would never go back.

I ordered a drink and a wrap. My order was taken three times before it was completely rung up because she kept inputting it incorrectly. Then she walked away from the register before I paid and I heard her at the pick up end of the counter calling my order over and over. Should I wait and pay or pick up my order? I was in there with the counter person who was very friendly and helpful, the owner came in with friends and was unsanitary with all the equipment. He didn’t even try and sanitize his hands, we are in a pandemic and it’s not a joke. It was my first and only time I will ever go back there
