“Took off one star for customer service. There were 3 girls ahead of us. And one attendant. The guy was obviously preparing the girls things and just kept staring at us. We stood there for a few minutes waiting for him to tell us give me a second or I'll be right with you or I'm busy give me a chance. But none of that. We stood there like idiots, until a coworker of his came out the back looking sweaty and like he hadn't slept in a few days and dried his wet hands on his pants and apron and asked in a rugged way what would you like? My brothers ordered. I refused to get anything. Grossed me out.“
“We've been back 2 times in 3 days. Friendly staff, fast service, hot fresh food. Not fancy but they made us feel welcome. My vege omelette was hot and filled. The potatoes hot and crispy on top. We also got donuts on our way out. Donuts are as fresh as it can be. The gentleman kept bringing out fresh donuts. Will be back soon“

“Probably the nicest DD I've ever been to. The place is always spotless, the workers always smiling, and the coffee always top notch. Even the donuts in their display case are pristine! It's almost too good to be true. They've even got a merchandise table, with tons of cool DD themed trinkets. Go check it out for yourself!“

“A Dunkin in Deer Park. Big spacious store that also has Baskin Robins Ice Cream. The Woman working there today on 2/6/2024 was very kind when I visited and she brewed me a fresh batch of the Dunkin Midnight Hot Coffee for my order. I like how they had wet wipes in the bathroom and it's right next to bus stops, shopping centers, and the Deer Park Tanger Outlets Mall. It's also an on tap Dunkin location so you can get Nitro Cold Brew here.“
“This Dunkin location has a good selection of donuts, bagels, drinks and Baskin Robbins ice cream. If you arrive after 6pm, the donut and bagel selections seem to be less. Hot drinks as well as iced drinks are available here. Lattes, iced or hot as well as cappuccinos are also available. The signature iced lattes are usually well made and handcrafted by the Dunkin barista. There is an extra charge for whipped cream topping on these drinks. *Service is usually prompt and courteous here. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait due to lack of staffing. You might want to consider mobile ordering ahead to avoid the hassle. Tables are clean and available to sit down and eat in store. The food is consistently tasty, the service towards the guests is nice. I often go to this place and I not even once was unsatisfied. I recommend it with no hesitation.“
“The first time I came here I was very disappointed. My order was wrong and the bec I got was completely burnt and almost inedible. This location is close to my house so I decided to give them another chance. The current staff is nice, helpful and get my order right every time. The coffee/food has gotten a lot better also!“
“I have been to so many Dunkins lately that are so dirty and gross. This location was great....Clean (CLEAN BATHROOMS TOO!), aboslutely NO Flies ? I mean it was what it should be but so many aren't anymore. I actually was leaving a doctor appointment and going to meet a girlfriend at Dunkins and she found one in plainview but she said it was "super dingy" and questionable so i found this one about 10 mins away from the one she found. Sahara and Milan are awesome...and gave great service. There was a cute little section in front to sit by window but only 4 chairs and 2 tables. Comfy chairs! I tried a new drink and it was delicious. ? Happy w this location.“
“Service and people working there are great. However, when the weather is bad, the owners take it "offline" for mobile orders and even this website will say "temporarily closed" when it IS open for walk in, just not mobile orders. This will cause those people to just go to another one.“
“My standards for Dunkin are pretty linear and reasonable. If I can get a sandwich (Turkey egg and cheese on an English muffin, in this case) and the storefront and bathroom are clean, with pleasant persons behind the counter, I will usually rank them highly.“
