I went there for a Ice cream cake and was hoping for a little help from their staff, since it was a themed party and cake needed. Sales staff was more interested in talking to each other and using their cell phones. The cake did turn out OK when I picked it up 2 days later. The staff that day was not aware that there was a special order to be picked up. I made them look for it. They did finally find it. And, it was delicious and really pretty. Would give them 10 stars if possible. Ordered photo donuts from them and the results were AMAZING. It was the wow factor of the party. The staff there was so friendly and attentive. The store was clean and organized. This will be my go-to spot for all special occasions from now on.

This is the best dunkin' donuts in the area. I can always count on this location to be speedy, efficient and kind. My go to Starbucks. Ways better than the one in the Plainview Shopping Centre. If your looking for quick, nice service this is the place. Staff super sweet.
