“Decided to stop in to see what it was all about. Ordered from three different restaurants and everything came out pretty good. Everything was tasty and I think we'd go again. Atmosphere was plain Jane, a few places to sit and wait (or) eat - we ate there. Nobody really there to give service points to. I'd definitely do it again. Pricing is a little high depending on what you're getting, but I believe if you order from the App there are discounts and deals.“

“I visit this DD weekly around midday. The place is clean and quiet and the stuff is friendly and smiling. I usually order the $5 Meal Deal and this is the only DD I visited where they make the hush browns in the toaster fresh in front of me. Other DDs, they have them already prepared and bagged and cold. I sometimes take a seat and lovely Savita will bring my order to my table!“

“I’m 32 weeks pregnant I went to here on a whim, not knowing that their donuts come hot when I first entered the boy at the register was very kind and when I asked for a recommendation he told me to try the S’mores The donuts were absolutely delicious. “Every time I visit New York I stop by my favorite Dunkin Donuts shop in Long Island, the Hicksville Station Dunkin. This place is 24/7 and it's always reliable when I come back late from the city or just before and after visiting family.

The staff here work hard and this location being near the LIRR Station makes it a stop for all kinds of visitors. I've seen the staff deal with drunk, homeless, and sometimes even dangerous customers - yet they still keep as much professionality and service as they can.

My orders always came out correct and I always enjoy my time here, even after 10+ years. Keep up the good work guys. And to all my fellow guests: The staff here have to deal with a lot. The location is open all day and night and the staff deal with some of the worst personalities from alcoholics to drugged up homeless to random pranksters and even gang members. Please cut them some slack, the area is a literal subway.“

“The regular coffee is really good when compared to most other places. This is particularly true when you compare Tim Hortons to Duncan Donuts and Starbucks. Duncan tastes very mild. Starbucks tastes like a mild espresso. Perhaps it's just me and my taste preference. In any case, I prefer Tim Hortons coffee and I like the fact that you can gas up at a reasonable price, get coffee, donuts or other snacks all in one place. In short, Tim Hortons is a much better place to visit than 7Eleven.“

If you want fresh coffee, order one of these. Every time I’ve gotten it, it’s been brewed fresh. This morning I stopped by my local Dunkin’, and they told me it’d be a few minutes because they were making a fresh pot. One sip, one whiff, and I was awake.

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Parking: Adequate parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“There is one Lady in the evening shift she’s the best made my day I requested to make me a fresh midnight coffee and she did it for me only🙌cause literally I was going some other places and they used to give me old regular coffe mixture with espresso shots but she didn’t did that thankful for the service she’s the best.“

After only a few times coming to this location the staff (a woman) knew my order. Nobody has ever messed up my order and I've never had to wait an excessive amount. “Well, Duncan’s are all over the place but there’s no place like sunrise Highway in Baldwin. Avery is the best employee I’ve ever had!! at Dunkin every day all over the Long Island as a driver and let me tell you they really accommodate and best coffee ever and their drive-through convenience is unmatched anywhere in and out great orders. “Took off one star for customer service. There were 3 girls ahead of us. And one attendant. The guy was obviously preparing the girls things and just kept staring at us. We stood there for a few minutes waiting for him to tell us give me a second or I'll be right with you or I'm busy give me a chance. But none of that. “Used to love going out of my way to come to this dunkin because they USED to have my favorite flavor, the chocolate headlight. Unfortunately, this flavor was discontinued. Their donuts seemed fresher than other locations. I hope they bring the chocolate headlight back because this was the only location outside of Florida that had it. -1 star for this reason. No reason to go out of my way now. My waste is probably the only one happy about this.“
