“I went through the drive thru and got around the block and then noticed nothing was what I ordered. I went back & inside this time and spoke to a blonde gentleman with a broom, you know who you are because you were very nice and gave me what I asked for versus the drive-thru attendant that asked me after he already helped me if anything was wrong? I told her nothing was what I ordered and her response was basically shrugged her shoulders and didn’t care because she didn’t even make sure what I asked for was correct in the bag. Poor customer service from her but from him Great! I did not get his name but he deserves a raise for good calm customer service! Thank you blonde guy with the broom 🤗“

“Every time I visit New York I stop by my favorite Dunkin Donuts shop in Long Island, the Hicksville Station Dunkin. This place is 24/7 and it's always reliable when I come back late from the city or just before and after visiting family.

The staff here work hard and this location being near the LIRR Station makes it a stop for all kinds of visitors. I've seen the staff deal with drunk, homeless, and sometimes even dangerous customers - yet they still keep as much professionality and service as they can.

My orders always came out correct and I always enjoy my time here, even after 10+ years. Keep up the good work guys. And to all my fellow guests: The staff here have to deal with a lot. The location is open all day and night and the staff deal with some of the worst personalities from alcoholics to drugged up homeless to random pranksters and even gang members. Please cut them some slack, the area is a literal subway.“

“Always friendly and excellent service at this Dunkin Donuts. The restaurant is always clean and the food is fresh. Just -1 star for switching from Coca-Cola products to the lower quality Pepsi products. Bring back the quality sodas or, at the very least, offer both.“

“I left a bad review here once but they improved the service so much since then that I take it all back and deleted the review. Mobile orders have been ready quick and prepared correctly, food is good and service is friendly and quick. They do get really busy but try their best to keep up with the rush. The store and bathroom are very clean!“

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

“The regular coffee is really good when compared to most other places. This is particularly true when you compare Tim Hortons to Duncan Donuts and Starbucks. Duncan tastes very mild. Starbucks tastes like a mild espresso. Perhaps it's just me and my taste preference. In any case, I prefer Tim Hortons coffee and I like the fact that you can gas up at a reasonable price, get coffee, donuts or other snacks all in one place. In short, Tim Hortons is a much better place to visit than 7Eleven.“

“I just went in for an Iced Green Tea w/ melted honey. I have been a coffee drinker for 15 years and just switched. Every dunkin I go to straight up refuses to even try to make it. Nobody cares.

The manager at this Dunkin Donuts not only cared enough to listen to my request, he made the drink PERFECT. I worked for Dunkin Donuts for about a year and it's like I made it myself.

I walk in there mostly every morning, as the staff already knows my order, by the time I get to the counter my order is sitting there waiting for me to pay. “Says it opens at 5am but when you get there at 5:30am, the lights are off, there are 2 people inside walking around... You Go to the drive thru menu and they take your order. It's a bit confusing, wouldn't you want the lights on when the establishment is supposed to be open at 5am? The ladies are nice and I've had no issues. Just a bit odd.“

“Probably the nicest DD I've ever been to. The place is always spotless, the workers always smiling, and the coffee always top notch. Even the donuts in their display case are pristine! It's almost too good to be true. They've even got a merchandise table, with tons of cool DD themed trinkets. Go check it out for yourself!“

“Took off one star for customer service. There were 3 girls ahead of us. And one attendant. The guy was obviously preparing the girls things and just kept staring at us. We stood there for a few minutes waiting for him to tell us give me a second or I'll be right with you or I'm busy give me a chance. But none of that. “Service is wonderful. They are patient as my very young daughter places her order, providing choices for any items that may be out. This, even on a busy Sunday, after chirch! There is a particularly lovely young lady who works Sunday mornings at the register. She is friendly and welcoming to my girls, even as I encourage my girls to place their own orders without my assistance. The service is what helped this Levittown location make its way into our Sunday routine!“

“Overnight shift staff is amazing! During the day can be dicey. Need to stop hiring the teenagers who only care about hooking up with fellow employees or customers online. Also, daytime they get a bit messy with their drinks and you're handed a sticky cup. The two gentlemen at night midnight and on are EXCELLENT!!!! They need a raise, bonus' or whatever.. Just don't let them leave.. lol.. Food has been good too“
