Clean and nice staff
Hands down the best Dunkin on Long Island. Coffee always perfectly served. Staff is Oh-mazing and accommodating. The owner is the best!!!
I usually have good customer service here, but I needed help today, I was 40 minutes away from another Dunkin that gave me a DONUT with a HAIR on it. All I asked was for a replacement donut I tried to show the guy the hair and he didn’t try to do what a good customer service employee would do and help. Being that it’s all the same chain, I would assume you can replace a 3 dollar donut, he refused. I asked to speak to a manager and they didn’t want to talk to...read full review

Dunkin' is conveniently located near the Freeport railway station, with lots of parking available. Despite lacking restrooms, the hashbrowns and cold coffee were enjoyable. The service was decent, although the cleanliness and facilities brought the rating down. Vegetarian options are available, and it is wheelchair accessible. The coffee is consistently good, especially when made by the staff members with blonde hair. Fast service and skilled baristas make Dunkin' a go-to spot for many customers.
