Update:
Owner calls himself/ herself replying with a link to share my thoughts. I shared them already. Lol and my verdict still stands. I WON'T BE BACK
Im giving the 3 stars for the nice lady that actually was pleasant and friendly. Don't see much of that these days. But it stops there. I rarely eat McDonald's. Maybe once a year if that. Why I order a 20 pc nuggets and only got 17. That's not right. If you gonna charge $9 at least give me the whole freaking...read full review

The service inside this McDonald’s is awful.
There are soo many people in the kitchen but no one capable of taking orders.
There is never someone at the front ready to receive the customer.
They are always blasting music. And apart from that i walked in one day around 3pm and i see a staff member with poles blocking the dining area
Standing there like if she is a body guard just because at that time kids are coming out of school, i feel that is a very stupid thing...read full review

McDonald's offers popular food like the filet o fish and chicken nuggets. Despite affordable prices, some people feel the food is not worth it anymore. This location is often criticized for slow service and order mistakes, especially during busy times. The staff, including a friendly lady at the counter, handle noisy customers, which can affect the overall dining experience. Customers appreciate the convenience right off Merrick Rd, noting the place is clean and the service is quick and friendly. However, some mention issues like receiving cherry coke instead of regular and not getting sauces even when paying for them. The food is usually hot and fresh, and certain meals like the Big Mac are prepared just as ordered, especially when taking advantage of deals like buy one get one for a dollar.
