My order is consistently made right, and the service is quick. It’s definitely become part of my daily routine. Thank you to the whole team for always making my mornings a little better! ☕💕“

“Fast, attentive service And a good treat after the doctor. Doughnut was warm and fluffy. Fresh coffee just how I like it, hot light and sweet. looking forward to coming back to the doctor in four weeks just so I can get another coffee and donut.“

“They have an amazing selection of vegan donuts and they were all INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS! Super moist, priced affordable and this will be a place we will be coming back to many times!“

“Stopped by Jackson Heights, it was delicious & well worth the Q70 bus ride & walk from LGA & back. “

“A fantastic spot in Flushing for anyone craving a unique and satisfying dessert. The croffles here perfectly capture that buttery, flaky croissant texture on the inside while delivering a satisfying, waffle-like crispiness on the outside. I highly recommend pairing one of their topped croffles with a milk tea or specialty coffee—the combination hits the spot perfectly. The space is clean and inviting, and the service is wonderfully quick. Definitely a great addition to the neighborhood!“

“Very good coffee and donut for the holiday season very good place“

“Long story short: would give 6 Stars if possible. Was short .29 cents picking up a Iced caramel Latte for a friend working at Star Bazaar down the block. Out of the shadows, Abraham (manager?) (hero, like Him - ye haha). Came out with a $1 and helped 2 guests, not just myself. Those are the types of people and businesses you should want to do business with. Mike sands?“

“Great place to grab a bite, refuel your car and yourself“

“Yummmm live about 30 mins away and when they came they were still warm. We got. The Half&Half. Mozzarella & hotdog. All encrusted in the crunchiest little bite size potatoes. We also got two of the original. Yum. And of course we had to have the mochi donuts..flavors we had were Oreo strawberry (2) and a rainbow. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ again we got delivery from a half hour drive and was spot on ! Try try try. You won’t be disappointed. ✌🏼“

“The ladies in the morning are always pleasant. My mobile orders are 99% correct and everything is made on time. No complaints.
If I was someone that wanted to sit and stay in a dunkin for a few hours this one has limited seating and is rather small so I'd go to a different one (There's one a block a away and one in the village). Parking can be rough at times.“

“I think Dunkin Donuts is one of the Cleanest fast food restaurant. Out there. Great job better trained people who make you happy with a smile.“

“ME GUSTÓ .LA.NINA. QUE ME ATENDIÓ. FUE.MUY.AMABLE..MI CALIFICACIÓN. LE.DOY.UN.5“

“The Dunkin’ at hillside near to Bank of America is really a good place to visit for your breakfast fast and coffee. I liked the people over there. It’s bit congested inside for dine in, but ok manageable. I had been there many times and they never compromised on quality of food and service. A recommend this Dunkin’ to everyone“

“very friendly staff. Clean store“

“pumpkin latte great ice cream“

“I think I officially found my go-to drink at Dunkin’: a hot Midnight Black Coffee. ☕

If you want fresh coffee, order one of these. Every time I’ve gotten it, it’s been brewed fresh. This morning I stopped by my local Dunkin’, and they told me it’d be a few minutes because they were making a fresh pot. One sip, one whiff, and I was awake.

Definitely my new favorite.“

“The kosher Dunkin’ Donuts in Hewlett is such a great spot to grab a coffee and something sweet on the go. Staff is friendly, the service is quick, and everything is always fresh. It’s clean, convenient, and consistently pleasant whether you’re stopping in for a morning coffee or a treat later in the day. Really nice to have a kosher Dunkin’ in the neighborhood — highly recommend!“

“Best dunkin in Hicksville! Been going here for over 14 years!!! John is awesome and so helpful, I did a door dash order and I couldn't add something to my order, I called him right up and he immediately was so kind and helped me fully! Great customer service, Thanks John!!“

“Good clean good Manger fresh coffee“

“Great spot for a quick stop! I’ve been a regular here for years. The staff is always welcoming and the service is fast. Good food, fair prices, and always reliable. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and need a quick snack or coffee.“

“Your new cup just doesn’t do the trick! It spills and doesn’t keep it hot. Bring back the styrofoam cup or fix the new one PLEASE.“

“Dunkin Donuts is by far the best coffee around. It has a smooth, rich coffee taste not ashy like Starbucks. The DD app is the best way to go. There are countless selections to satisfy all taste buds. Hang out at any DD and you will surely meet plenty of interesting people!“

“Customer service was great, it's a small shop but very friendly. They didn't have what I was looking for on the shelves, it was very limited but as far as coffee is concerned that would be made to order and they did have bottled drinks available. But they didn't have a lot on the shelves by way of donuts or other pastries.“

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Parking: Adequate parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“This Dunkin’ Donuts best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been in So Beautiful“

“Honestly could be a lot better, I don't wanna diss this place or anything but I wouldn't return, the flavor the service worker recommended was dreadful, just out of curiosity I picked another one randomly it was ok but not my cup of tea.“

“I like to read the other reviews before posting. Many low reviews complained about the service, but I'm posting this review because I've always had great service. After only a few times coming to this location the staff (a woman) knew my order. Nobody has ever messed up my order and I've never had to wait an excessive amount. I come here for breakfast food, coffee, tea, and the occasional donut. I would recommend this location. I feel like the employees care about the customers.“

“I have been customer for many many years,Ms Indra,Kenneth, andJatirdes are a wonderful asset to your store very professional and respectful to the customers. The older women that works the 4pm shifts is very nasty and rude to the customers and have had many problems with her.She should not work with the public with that type of attitude, she needs to be removed from this store, she makes everyone look bad.“

“it's a nice place to relax and have coffee😎❤🍩“

“Well, Duncan’s are all over the place but there’s no place like sunrise Highway in Baldwin. Avery is the best employee I’ve ever had!! at Dunkin every day all over the Long Island as a driver and let me tell you they really accommodate and best coffee ever and their drive-through convenience is unmatched anywhere in and out great orders. I highly recommend this location and of course Duncan everywhere.“

“Used to love going out of my way to come to this dunkin because they USED to have my favorite flavor, the chocolate headlight. Unfortunately, this flavor was discontinued. Their donuts seemed fresher than other locations. I hope they bring the chocolate headlight back because this was the only location outside of Florida that had it. -1 star for this reason. No reason to go out of my way now. My waste is probably the only one happy about this.“

“Love Dunkin Donuts especially their DD app which gives you many perks for being a customer. Coffer 25¢ today thank you NY Jets!“

“Fresh delicious donuts and donut hole treats (called Timbits). Iced drinks, hot & iced coffee and lemonade are available here. *The Iced cappuccino with Oreo crumbles is a decadent treat. Friendly staff who are courteous and ready to get your treats for you.“

“Went here at the last minute to buy coffee for a group event.
The young lady at the counter was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

After a short while, we were on our way to the event with a complete 'coffee bar'.
The young lady did a great job preparing and packaging everything per our request.
She had a positive, winning attitude. We're really glad we relied on this Dunkin' to supply hot beverages for our event!“

“We go here almost daily and the staff are very friendly and it’s almost like family here❗️👍🏻“

“The service good, friendly and the food hot and tasty. The coffee is always great!“

“I get my coffee and fill up gas at this station daily. Their service is awesome specially Kiran, who knows my order and also remembers me. I went away for three weeks and he said Sir jee, it’s been long time everything okay. I was surprised he asked me how was I doting and everything was okay health wise. I give him 5+ starts, but one small concern I have today. I came here at 6:00 Am in a rush as most people do at fast food joints, the person behind the counter poured half coffee in my cup and pot finished. She left the my cup uncovered and started to make a new pot. Please I request the staff to have coffee pot made prior to customer ordering at the counter. I now have drink coffee half from previous pot and half from just being brewing pot. Wish me luck, I hope I don’t grow a third arm 😂“

“We normally go to the one in Wantagh and I have to tell you we stoped at this D&D last night and I couldn't believe how nice the Gentleman that helped us was ... not to mention funny !! I think most Dunkin donuts are terrible these days but this one I had a great Experience and It was a large very nice clean store and we'll definitely go back. I wish I could remember his name because I would definitely mention the man that served us .... He was great and made a mean icecream cone .... So thank you !!!!“

“Its our go to spot for new year icecream after midnight. We get cotton candy icecream every year. Their cotton candy is very creamy and delicious. We tried cotton candy from Carvel aswell but Though we love their icecreams cottoncandy wasn't that good. Last night we got oreo and cream it was equally delicious.“
