Friendly staff, quick with orders, has never gotten my order wrong. I made a mistake once where I paid twice (I didn't realize my mobile order went through, so I ordered again when I walked in, then I noticed my mobile order sitting there ready) so they immediately offered to bring my receipt in the next day for a repeated offer. No hesitation or fuss.
One of the slowest D&D's around. You will wait 10 mins for a hot or cold coffe due to the employee turn around here. They are constantly training new employees which slows the process tremendously.

Walked in on a Sunday morning& they had chocolate and vanilla frosted- only and only about 10 left total. Not sure the reason but Dunkin Donuts without much donuts doesn’t seem to add up. Disappointed.
