“I ordered a large signature gingerbread latte. I had to remind the employee to put whip cream and the topping. Also, every order is to go because there is no tables and chairs for dining. However, it’s a nice place inside the wholesale to get a drink or anything you want while you’re out shopping.“

“First we actually went for the Baskin Robinns inside the Dunkin' but yeah. The store was small but had good seating accommodations. Some of the pre packed ice cream was frost bitten but not all of them. So just check the package before you purchase. The cashier was kind and efficient, 5 stars to her for enduring my ADHD moments. I really wanted Rocky Road but they didn't have it.“

“I ordered Duck Donuts through Uber Eats, and they were still warm when they arrived, which was great. The donuts were fresh and soft, but they were a little too sweet for my taste. If you have a big sweet tooth, you’ll probably enjoy them, but I wish they weren’t quite as sugary.“

“Yummmm live about 30 mins away and when they came they were still warm. We got. The Half&Half. Mozzarella & hotdog. All encrusted in the crunchiest little bite size potatoes. We also got two of the original. Yum. And of course we had to have the mochi donuts..flavors we had were Oreo strawberry (2) and a rainbow. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ again we got delivery from a half hour drive and was spot on ! Try try try. You won’t be disappointed. ✌🏼“

“The Dunkin’ at hillside near to Bank of America is really a good place to visit for your breakfast fast and coffee. I liked the people over there. It’s bit congested inside for dine in, but ok manageable. I had been there many times and they never compromised on quality of food and service. A recommend this Dunkin’ to everyone“

“Well, Duncan’s are all over the place but there’s no place like sunrise Highway in Baldwin. Avery is the best employee I’ve ever had!! at Dunkin every day all over the Long Island as a driver and let me tell you they really accommodate and best coffee ever and their drive-through convenience is unmatched anywhere in and out great orders. “This is my go to spot in the mornings when I’m going to work. I stop by there to get my coffee Monday through Friday’s. Kriti and her manager Karan are the best. Customer service is the best anywhere. I don’t go on Friday’s because they are not thier. But none the less best place to get a quick cup of coffee. I always get by double double. They know once I park my car. Awesome customer service and really good coffee.“

This Dunkin’ is super convenient, especially being right near Harbor Hill School. I’ve stopped in a few times when I’m in the area—either for a quick coffee or something on the go.

The location is easy to find, but the parking lot can get tight, especially during the morning rush. You might have to wait a bit for a spot, which can be frustrating if you’re in a hurry.

Inside, the store is on the smaller side. It’s really set up more for quick grabs than for hanging out, but it’s always been clean when I’ve gone in. Service has been hit or miss depending on the day—some staff are friendly and fast, while other times the energy feels a little low and the orders might not come out quite right.

Food and drinks are standard Dunkin’. Most of the time my coffee is spot on, and the breakfast sandwiches are decent. I’ve had a couple off days with stale donuts or a drink made wrong, but nothing major. Just depends on who’s working and how busy it is.

Overall, I’d give this spot a solid 3.9 out of 5. It does the job when you need a caffeine fix or a bite, especially if you’re already nearby. Just don’t count on it for a relaxing sit-down coffee—this is more of a grab-and-go kind of place.“

“The kosher Dunkin’ Donuts in Hewlett is such a great spot to grab a coffee and something sweet on the go. Staff is friendly, the service is quick, and everything is always fresh. “I left a bad review here once but they improved the service so much since then that I take it all back and deleted the review. Mobile orders have been ready quick and prepared correctly, food is good and service is friendly and quick. They do get really busy but try their best to keep up with the rush. The store and bathroom are very clean!“

“Tim Hortons was a first time experience for me and it was decent . I took advantage of the 2 for 1 on the sandwiches and the Little donuts . They were actually good . They made my coffee to my liking and that’s a win for me . Try them it’s a better alternative than Dunkin’ Donuts 👍🏾.“

“I like to read the other reviews before posting. Many low reviews complained about the service, but I'm posting this review because I've always had great service. After only a few times coming to this location the staff (a woman) knew my order. Nobody has ever messed up my order and I've never had to wait an excessive amount. I come here for breakfast food, coffee, tea, and the occasional donut. I would recommend this location. I feel like the employees care about the customers.“

“The ladies in the morning are always pleasant. My mobile orders are 99% correct and everything is made on time. No complaints.
If I was someone that wanted to sit and stay in a dunkin for a few hours this one has limited seating and is rather small so I'd go to a different one (There's one a block a away and one in the village). Parking can be rough at times.“

They didn't have what I was looking for on the shelves, it was very limited but as far as coffee is concerned that would be made to order and they did have bottled drinks available. “I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Parking: Adequate parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

If you want fresh coffee, order one of these. Every time I’ve gotten it, it’s been brewed fresh. This morning I stopped by my local Dunkin’, and they told me it’d be a few minutes because they were making a fresh pot. One sip, one whiff, and I was awake.

Definitely my new favorite.“

“Used to love going out of my way to come to this dunkin because they USED to have my favorite flavor, the chocolate headlight. Unfortunately, this flavor was discontinued. Their donuts seemed fresher than other locations. I hope they bring the chocolate headlight back because this was the only location outside of Florida that had it. -1 star for this reason. No reason to go out of my way now. My waste is probably the only one happy about this.“
