“If I could give 10 stars I would ! Amazing staff ! The Level of customer service I received and the fact that I was able to customize the cake with a few changes is unbelievable . Everyone has a dunkin donuts near then or baskin Robbins but no place has ever left such an impression that I want to keep coming back and recommend my family and friends . It's a chain so they usually all carry the same things but to me when you can make someone remember an experience they will always come back and want to spend money with you . place is hands down the best baskin Robbins I have ever been to . Yesterday At the last moment I had to order a cake . It had to be an ice cream cake so everyone decided that BR would be the best choice . I called 5 locations and they all told me it needed to be 48 in advance and no modifications just the exact standard choices of cakes . I called this location and to my surprise they told me I could order it and have it by tomorrow . So I arrived to the store around 7pm spoke with maddie and she told me they could modify the cake with some extra changes that I had wanted for deigns . She went above and beyond to help me and to give it a nice personal touch . If you ever need a ice cream cake go to this location !!!! Ask for maddie“
“A few years ago, I didn't like thisdunking. I think it's because they had people hanging around inside all day. I recently started getting deliveries and the food taste good and is always warm. The packaging the food comes in is 100 percent secure, very fantastic. I just went inside to order food and the wait was about 10-15 mins in the morning but was worth it because the food was good.“

“Despite the store name, these donuts are a great reminder of the age old lesson - it's what's on the inside the counts. The red bean filled donuts are game changing. With the cinnamon sugar, it's nice and crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and most importantly, not too sweet. And there's no DAIRY. How is that even possible. Staff are super friendly. Everything is fresh and made to order, so I would suggest eating it as soon as possible. Also order online so it's ready when you get there.“
“I wanted to give 3 stars but the employees were nice and the overall atmosphere/set-up of the menu was convenient. Very good pricing transparency too between the standard and premium donuts. They also have a donut bar.My friends have commented favorably on the rainbow cookie donut although they did not have that this weekend. I had the black and white plus the cinnamon bun while my partner got the Boston cream and the maple bacon. They were good overall. However, the presentation/structure of the donuts were less than ideal. Prices were good (base $3.50) but the Boston cream was basically two holed donuts with cream slathered in between. This was very awkward and difficult to eat. The cinnamon roll donut based on the photo looked like it was a solid one and not a holed pastry. They pipe the cinnamon icing over the hole. I found it too sweet and the ratio of pastry to icing is off given the fact it's done on top of the hole. They should utilize the donut shape without the hole for some of these flavors instead of doing it on top, since this leads to a full bite of icing.Donuts otherwise were good and excellent flavor assortment. I just would recommend they change how they structure the donuts with more icing!Parking can be tough around here since it's by the train station. Would likely need to pay for it on the meter without a permit.“
“This place is so fun! They make the doughnuts right in front of you. You watch them go through the machine and cook and then when they come out they decorate them in front of you too after you select what decorations and flavors you want. Donuts are $3.50 each and you can pick from the options or choose your own toppings for it. They were the softest warmest donuts I’ve had. So delicious.“

“Best mochi coffee donut I've ever had, I'm so happy I went, now I dream about it daily. I did take 4 to go, gave me neighbor one donut then ate 3 on my own the next day. To be honest they tasted better the following day when eaten first thing in the morning with tea. If this place was next to my house I'd be there every morning!“

“I absolutely love this Tim Hortons, I always end up stopping every Thursday after I get paid to bring home donuts for my family. They love them and so do I. They already taste fresh and are soft and absolutely delicious. The young woman who works there at night, I believe her name is Sadia is amazing, she's such a sweetheart and I always make sure to stop in when she's working. This is the route I take home from work. I have one by my apartment but it absolutely doesn't compare to this one, I rather go out of my way to this location not only for how good it is but also because of the service. I'm never disappointed!!!“
“Passed by this place so many times and finally was able to walk in. Service was great. I had so many questions and the staff was very attentive. Menu had so many great choices and will hopefully be able to try them all! If I can suggest placing the nutritional facts on the menu, I like to document my food intake for the day. Other than that my protein shake was delicious! See you again soon!“
“My friend and I were finally looking forward to a nice looking Tim Hortons to open up near us! We usually get coffee late at night and I asked the guy managing the counter how long the place is open. He said 24/7 which was great because late night coffee runs are the best! “Recently redesigned location. Adequate parking lot in front of the store. Store is long and narrow, with seating available. Very nice spot. Everything tasted fresh. Coffee was hot. At the pick-up section, fellow called out the orders as they were ready, so there was no guessing involved on the customers’ part. Showed he cared. Very clean place. “I don't always post reviews but I wanted to for this Dunkin .. now just being honest here, Dunkin in NY is never that great. I always have problems with mostly every Dunkin I go to.. they don't make ny drink right and they don't listen to the specifics etc etc. this Dunkin location is literally the only one that ever gets my drink right and makes it the way I ask. They always have fresh donuts and food. Where every other Dunkin the donuts are all hard by afternoon.. I come all the way to this location from queens or garden city, I don't go to any other Dunkin cus it isn't worth the headache. Just go to this one !“
“I ordered special donuts from this Dunkin for my niece's shower. They were fantastic! The manager Mary took my order and they were precisely what we needed. The morning of the event, she texted me a picture of the donuts and they were just what I ordered. Everyone at the shower commented how fresh and delicious they were. We even had the leftovers the next day for breakfast. I'm so happy, I ordered them from this Diunkin on Lawson Blvd.“
