I just had a fabulous meal here. My wife was not too hungry so she opted for a jerk chicken sandwich. She said it was the perfect amount of jerk seasonings. I chose the 1/4 jerked pork which was amazingly tender yet it had that slightly crusty bark that is to die for. I also had to try the jerked lobster. What? Yes.
