Business has changed ownership, and the bagels have also changed for the worst. Previous owner’s bagels were very fluffy and had consistency in the dough and taste. Now the bagels are very flat no consistency and loaded with sugar. Will never buy again.

Maninos has now changed its name, It is called Pantano's. They have several other Bagel/sandwich shops. I like it . I have only had the bagels there but I hear their sandwiches are very good. I still like Bagel Cafe in Oceanside and in Baldwin as my 2 favorite Bagel places with ALWAYS Great bagels.

They are under new ownership and they tripled there prices I think that’s crazy to do in this economy everyone is struggling or going through a financial hardship in this day and time and they think they can just put up some tv’s and change some light bulbs And the justifies tripling the price of the food I know supplies have gone up but not triple smh they are going to lose alot of there day one customers and definitely the older people who collect social security they can’t afford to eat there anymore even with the senior discount

Their food and baked good are delicious but this is not the first time the staff does not pay attention to your order. Just paid almost $40 to have 3 danishes delivered instead of the cake I ordered. No one called me they just gave me danishes. Getting refunded through UberEats but totally disappointed

Paper paper towels or soap in the bathroom and I wonder how the employees watched their hands.. The sandwich was more than $12 it was not worth $2

I’ve been get my breakfast / bagels for years. Like people said, good bagels lousy service. Tried canceling my Grubhub order, told that I can’t because it’s done ; I tried calling the store 4 times but no answer on a Sunday morning. Got the wrong bagels but saw that the DRIVER TEXTED me to say they were out of cinnamon raisin on Sunday. Order was cold and thirty minutes late. Time to find another store

The everything bagel , toasted with cream cheese ? was sooo delicious. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. Can't wait til my next NY visit to return to Mannino's.

Egg sandwiches on roll are great but their bagels are way to big. It's like chewing on a baseball catcher's mitt. They must add too much yeast to their bagels.

Just ordered here from Uber Eats. They didn’t have an item in stock so I ordered something else. They told the delivery driver that I re ordered the same thing which I did not! Why would I do that? On top of that my order was extremely late and UE promised despite that, that it wouldn’t be cold and yet it was. I am so disappointed. I better get my refund because there is no way that this is acceptable.

I ordered a garden salad for $8.00 through a food delivery ap. The salad was missing tomato and cucumbers. It had a bit of tomato which was diced up so small, like for salsa. Bagel was disappointing also and the entire order was disappointing. When I called to complain, the person on the phone didn't seem pressed. He offered an $8.00 discount on my next order but I won't be ordering from here again! Thank God I got my money back for the salad from the delivery ap.
Let me start off by saying the bagels are good here. However, the service for me was terrible. I walked into the store and I was the only on the line. There were 4 employees behind the counter. I was standing for maybe 5 minutes. No one said are you being helped. Or I’ll be with you in a minute. Nothing. I stood around until finally I said 4 of you and no one could help me and I walked out. Very sad that I was treated this way. Hope it was an off day. But I won’t be going back.

Started going to Manning's recently, three out of four times my order was wrong, I gave them a extra chance because the one guy seems nice but when you are picking up an order for people at work and when they are short a sandwich I don't have the time to wait for them to make it when I called it in. The last straw was today place my order by phone she rings me up and it like $12 more than it normally is after going over the list of sandwiches in her hand she takes the $10 off , we're good tip them and off to work. When I get to work, Short 1 more sandwich. I call she says no manager is on so super polite I started to explain she made a mistake on my order and this keeps happening she hangs up the phone I call back. No answer finally answered I say ma'am you are very disrespectful she hangs up a second time.going back to Bagel dock, a little more expensive but they never messes my orders up.

This was my second time at this place and the bagels are good along with the cream cheese. The only problem I have with this place is that there is no way of seeing or knowing what kinds of cream cheese they have until you get up to the counter to order, you have to ask and when they tell you they literally speed talk thru the options available. It literally takes 2 minutes and probably $5 to buy a sign and some makers to display the flavors of the day to make the customer and the employees experience a little smoother and better, that is it....

I went in to get a bagel , there were like 1-2 customers who are just waiting for their orders , it’s not even busy . I asked the lady to give me a toasted bagel with light cream cheese , she was so confused and stared at me while I explained her 4 times . Then I gave up and took the order she gave . There is no knife to spread the cream cheese just bagel and side cream cheese . Coming to the taste bagel didn’t taste fresh and the cream cheese went badExperience is just bizzarre . I am really not sure why there are people working when you don’t even understand the basic English . There should atleast be one person to communicate. Such an inconvenience and worst service
