Unprofessional management. The GM ms sherlet has a nasty attitude and when our guest asked for help she told us to look for a guy named Joe because that’s his job not hers.
She stood by the bar on her phone all night and acted like she was on a phone call whenever we asked her for assistance. She didn’t want to be bothered.
Was there for a baby shower and it was fabulous! We had a good time! The Factory is expansive; an awesome place for whatever you want to have there! Like the layout and the decor!
My first time being here, it was a good experience.
