Ordered lunch special but delivery guy takes an hour... i live 7 mins away. Ordered 2 and one of them was wrong. I gave the delivery guy tip but i should have gave him nothing for the one hour it took. Gonna start picking up my order cause delivery guy sucks.

I used to order from them a lot. The last few times have been nothing just disappointment. Tonight I ordered. After an hour I called to check on my order and was told the delivery would be here any minute. After another 10 minutes, I contacted GrubHub to make them aware that I wanted to cancel my order. The restaurant continued to tell GrubHub that my order was being delivered. After another 20 minutes, speaking with customer service, someone finally rang my bell. I continued to tell GrubHub that I would not accept the order almost 2 hours later, especially since the restaurant had told me, the order was out for delivery 30+ minutes prior. They continued to fight with GrubHub about the order. Poor customer service doesn't get rewarded in my opinion. I continued to refuse the order of food that potentially sat in some random person's car for 40 minutes. Buyer beware!

Worst chinese food with worst service. I will never order from here again. Little portions. Fried rice with no meat. Chicken with broccoli dry. ( barely any chicken just broccoli.) How do these people stay in business is beyond me.
I just called the restaurant to try to place a delivery around the corner she told me it will be long I said okay then she said it’s will be a hour that’s OK because I can’t walk just had surgery on my leg I said that’s OK for the hour delivery because I can’t walk they, she said she’s not trying too deliver anywhere I don’t know maybe because I didn’t order a big order for her satisfaction she was just trying to talk me into not getting any delivery at first then she goes straight to the Point And said no to me and hung up the phone and never picked the phone back up 1/3/23 at 5:45PM horrible service I would never spend a dollar at this place

it is unfortunate that King Wok stopped using the coupons on their website. now when you order all they give you free is fried rice. General tso's chicken is no longer free with a 20$ + order.

Ordered eggplant in garlic sauce with white rice lunch; tasty, but kind of plain. Wonton soup cost 50 cents, had two wontons. Located on LIE eastbound service road. Forget trying to park close by; park and walk a block. Very busy area. Food okay, certainly nothing great. Adequate.
