Idk, waiting 2 hours for a mediocre pizza is crazy to me. *Update* we received our order and using a surface thermometer the cheese was 74 degrees. This is extremely disappointing. Or pizza is currently in the oven reheating so we can enjoy it. What shame.. I cannot in good faith recommend this place to anyone. You guys need to do better.

Called in an order at 5:50pm was told delivery would be 1 hour. Called at 7:15 to inquire about order, was told driver got lost and was in our area now. 7:34 received call from establishment indicating order would arrive 15-20 minutes and not to pay for order, apologized for delay. 7:59 we cancelled order. Sure hope the delivery person found their way back to the business. It had already been a long day for us and this experience just made it longer than it needed to be.

Great little food spot!! Offering a pretty good selection of food. Owner is a really nice guy . Ordered the huge half pound burger with fries .Great quality burgers. Also tried the homemade Italian sausage. All I can say is wow!! Totally amazing!! I wish I had gone to this place long before now!! The Dugout was a home run for my wife and I. We look forward to returning.

They have the best subs He slices the meat when he makes the sub. Not pre sliced. He bakes his own sub rolls. I get an Italian mixed Pepperoni, salami, ham, cheese Plenty of meat

I've reviewed this secret gem previously , but I'm going to review it again because it's better than ever. You could drive right by The Dugout and miss it altogether. It's a former ice cream and sandwich stand, that was redeveloped a few years ago into a to-go (only) semi-fine dining joint. Its exterior apperance is shabby; it's what is going on inside this place that is so special. The owner, Andy, has created something really, really special. I recommend you check out the menu on line ahead of time and order on the phone ahead of time. This is NOT fast food; it's all prepared to order, using only fresh ingredients, and custom-prepared in each and every case. We have never experienced a bad meal here at The Dugout. Some of our family favorites are the Chicken Parm Dinner, the Meatloaf Dinner, the Brisket Rueben, and the Pastrami Sandwich. All the appetizers are delicious; even the pizza is delicious. Portions run huge, and can usually satisfy two diners. I cannot wait to go back and either try one of my favorites again, or try something I haven't tried before. I LOVE this place!

Placed a last minute catering order with the Dugout Galway, and they were great to work with. The portions were very generous, the presentation was great, and everything tasted wonderful. The veggie platter was really beautiful. Well above my expectations. We received lots of compliments on it. I’ll leave a pic in the comments so you can see for yourselves. Thanks Dugout! We placed a lunch takeout order for the staff in our office. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, which was amazingly quick. When I arrived to pick the order up, I waited only 5 minutes, and it was ready. Fresh and hot. All the food was awesome. We will be ordering from this charming establishment again.
