Had an excellent dinner this evening at C & R. Started with a red wine sangria for me and a Heineken for my companion. We both ordered from the "specials" list.....broiled salmon for me, filet mignon for him. We both had salad with a tasty raspberry vinaigrette, companion also had a cup of Manhattan clam chowder. His steak was cooked perfectly to his specification (charred on the outside, medium on the inside.....not easy to do with a steak on the small side but the chef managed...read full review
