“Walked by the other day and ordered one of the croffle breakfast sandwiches and it was so delicious! It’s a great combo of sweet and savory and the cheese was a perfect blanket for the eggs and bacon. I also got two mochi donuts (green tea and purple sweet potato) and those were great as well!“

Would have been better if they had all the flavors they typically offer and you can tell that some of the ones they had left had been sitting there for a while. When they come out fresh, they taste great and the flavors they have like Oreo, Uber, Cappuccino, Strawberry, and Matcha are typically good.“

“Well, Duncan’s are all over the place but there’s no place like sunrise Highway in Baldwin. Avery is the best employee I’ve ever had!! at Dunkin every day all over the Long Island as a driver and let me tell you they really accommodate and best coffee ever and their drive-through convenience is unmatched anywhere in and out great orders. I highly recommend this location and of course Duncan everywhere.“

“Probably the nicest DD I've ever been to. The place is always spotless, the workers always smiling, and the coffee always top notch. Even the donuts in their display case are pristine! It's almost too good to be true. They've even got a merchandise table, with tons of cool DD themed trinkets. Go check it out for yourself!“

“Very busy Dunkin. Employees working very hard; no cell phones being stared at behind this counter. Coffee was hot and fresh, doughnuts were tasty. Tables and chairs, Baskin Robbins, and ice cream cakes available. Parking out front.

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Parking: Adequate parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“Not the fanciest shop but their food and their service is always great, and when we call ahead with an order it either is fulfilled perfectly or completely botched. But when we walk out with our bag of bagels and the various tasties that go along with it, we're happy 😊“

“Overnight shift staff is amazing! During the day can be dicey. Need to stop hiring the teenagers who only care about hooking up with fellow employees or customers online. Also, daytime they get a bit messy with their drinks and you're handed a sticky cup. The two gentlemen at night midnight and on are EXCELLENT!!!! They need a raise, bonus' or whatever.. Just don't let them leave.. lol.. Food has been good too“

“Best Dunkin in Long Island! The guy at the front (I think he is the owner) is very professional and listens to ever specific requests especially when it comes to drinks. This Dunkin is the only Dunkin that has gotten my coffee right the first time and the food here is always fresh! I have a picture that I took of the donut they gave my daughter this around October! Very creative and the kids loved it! I don’t live near greenvale but I always take the drive down to get my morning coffee from here that’s how much I enjoy this Dunkin!
