ive worked at the mall for 3 years and i have relied heavily on these sandwiches to get me through my 8 hour shifts. i always order on the app to skip the line and they always make my order well. my fav is the chicken california with jalapenos its very yum and i recommend the combo with fries. thank you julia also; shes so sweet, always hands me my order, and made my sandwiches often.

their $7.50 chicken sandwich + fry combo is honestly a solid bang for your buck. the veggies and chicken are chopped up and cooked on a blackstone in front of you.

my go to order is:
a small chicken philly w/ extra onions, jalapenos, ranch, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo with a small fry + small strawberry lemonade!

if you’re sensitive to sweets / textures, i would not recommend the strawberry lemonade - but super yum for me!

The food was disgusting I ordered the chicken Philly the bread was hard I didn't taste no meat the fries was cold in on top of it all they had a bucket of chicken drum sticks sitting on the counter not covered up disgusting I took a picture of the chicken I'm gonna try & post it un sanitary this was Sept 8,2025 after 11am

Line of 10 ppl and one cashier, which obviously effects the mood of the person as well. Not friendly, u see ppl are very tired. Packaging surprised me. In New Jersey in all locations they give you food to go in boxes so you can open and conveniently eat it here they gave it in the bag and I don’t understand how we supposed to even to eat it and I ordered a large size sandwich $18 for a veggie combo with fries & coke… so so experience. Food quality didn’t like, full sandwich of lettuce didn’t find my mushrooms

your doordash ordering process is absolutely abysmal, makes you select everything you want multiple times and then gives you an error saying you havent selected something that you have selected beyond the shadow of a doubt. yall lost a $300 order today bc of how bad your menu is on doordash

Never have pickles. The sandwich is so thin compared to other Charley’s I go to. Rip off. Not worth the price

I ordered a chicken teriyaki cheesesteak sandwich. There was enough chicken in half of the sandwich, but the ends of the sandwich were just dressing and lettuce. Overall, there was too much lettuce and very little chicken. The regular size sandwich was pretty long, but the lack of chicken was pretty disappointing. I also ordered the gourmet ultimate fries, which had cheese and bacon bits. They were too soggy. I would not order them again. The order was prepared fast. It was ready in a couple of minutes.
