I typically order my pods online, but decided to stop in the store today! Mauricio (I pray that I am spelling it correctly) was one of the best customer service agents that I’ve ever encountered! He was so kind, informative, and had a wonderful & joyful presence. He even spoke with my 10 year old. He needs to be a manager/trainer!
Soooo, the moment I encountered Candace, the Senior Manager of Nespresso in the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, NV I said to myself she has something I have been desiring… Lo and behold I wound up discovering the best thing next to sliced bread. My wife and I are huge fans of nespresso and going to the store is always on our list for our mall trips. We love that they give you a free cup of coffee to sample the new flavors and they are always quick and efficient. The employees are very friendly too. Two who especially stand out are Candece and Leo. Candece is so sweet, very personable, and helpful with her coffee facts and tips. Leo always has a smile on his face and is a pleasure to work with.
