First time in the Nespresso store and the Roosevelt Field location and they were incredibly helpful. Brittany, Maurizio, and Emmee, of were very informative and spent a lot of time with me and the others in the store. I would recommend visiting this store and plan to return for future Nespresso needs.

Very very friendly staff, and were extremely helpful. They have their time with every customer, and I was glad they did the first time I visited. They guided us very well on what I would like to drink, and gave us samples to try there on ones we had second thoughts if we would like. I'd rather buy coffee from a person then online, and the prices are the same either way. All discounts available to online orders are available in store also. I definitely recommend going in to the store over ordering online to find exactly what you would like instead of ordering online and not knowing if you'll like it.

There’s one line for getting a cup of coffee, asking questions, buying machines, and buying capsules. I went into the store, selected four sleeves of coffee myself, asked someone standing at a register counter if I could pay her, and she informed me I’d have to go get in the line at the front of the store. Would have taken her three minutes to ring up my order. I went to the line and a salesperson offered to hold my armful of capsules while I waited in line to place my order. (Place an order? I already had my order and just needed to pay.). Meanwhile, I had been there (and inside the store) longer than all of the people in the line so I replied, “Ya know, I think I’ll just go.” She told me she’d hold the batch of capsule sleeves I’d selected should I change my mind and come back. I left, laughed, and started thinking about how I might switch from Nespresso to something similarly good in taste. It’s tough (k-cups are the most horrid brewing method known to humankind - instant is better). For now, I’ll get my capsules via mail order but will transition back to my espresso machine. This store was a joke and they can shove those four sleeves of capsules they were holding for me where the sun don’t shine. I’d recommend placing an order online to avoid this nonsense.

I visited last week and again today, 11/2/23. The first tine the girls working there, and i mean girls, were so rude and obnoxious. They didnt wNt to answer questions and profiled me as a non buyer, which became the case after their rude belittling treatment. Then yesterday i saw there was a 25% off sale so i went today and felt the same so i went and bought a machine at bloomingdales, where they matched the price with a smile. Roosevelt field nespresso SUCKS!!!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dulce at the Roosevelt field mall today. To say she was the sweetest and most knowledgeable person would be an understatement! I was so impressed, I had to stop and write a review before continuing my shopping. I left with several coffee’s that I am looking forward to trying as soon as I get home. Dulce, you are a super professional and pleasant person. I am so glad I stopped in! A+++++

It was my first time in a nespresso boutique and I was referred to this location by a friend because it's where she got her machine. I came in to purchase one because of how good the coffee was when I was at my friends house but as soon as I arrived at the store I wasn't greeted in a kind way at all. I went to a girl named Esha and I asked her a bit about the machines. She talked in such a rude demeanor and answered questions about the machinery and coffee like it was supposed to be common knowledge. In the end I asked to try a cup of coffee and I was told that I could only try coconut which was a cold coffee meanwhile another associate was brewing fresh coffee for another customer. I left and honestly I don't think I would come back to this location again. Rethinking if a nespresso machine is for me because I didn't feel welcomed at all.

Walked into the store the first time a few months ago deciding if to get a NESPRESSO machine for my wife as a birthday gift.Was greeted and helped by this amazing talented lady her name is BRITTANY, she showed me all the models and spoke to me about all there it is to know about Nespresso and its different flavors.She was very professional and friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products she represented and her charming casual demeanor was very refreshing compared to most stores where either you get harassed the minute you walk into the store or they just ignore you fully .That being said I HIGHLY RECCOMEND you visit this store in Roosevelt Field mall (lower level) and ask for Brittany if its your first time buying a Nespresso machine... SHE will be of great help putting your mind at ease in helping you make a decision.

Don’t own an Nespresso but am an espresso and coffee consumer. Had one of their delicious samples whilst having a pleasant chat with one of the employees. Very knowledgeable and kind lady. Discussed their flavors, machines, and about coffee in general. Great experience.

I felt so welcomed! Amy is precious, sweet and professional! I came in just to look and walked out with two amazing coffee choices! I got El Salvador (which is where my family is from) and I got the new Storm boost (the cool green colored one )! She was the best! I'm not sure if y'all read this but she deserves recognition for how she treated me! I will definitely come back when I run low of my coffee!
