Ordered 3 acai bowls and they all came out frozen. Unable to eat. I guess they dont make them fresh...$40 in bowls, I think they should come ready to eat

Waste of time and money. Extremely slow service and they messed up my order so they had to go back and fix it which ate up more time , don’t recommend. I don’t see how a bowl can take 20+ minutes when comparing to other places. They forgot the cheese and it was very clear that my food got microwaved for awhile. Some ingredients seemed missing too.

My review is because the girls at the front are very rude. They can see you and not serve you, and when they do, it's with a bad attitude, as if they don't want to serve you. This isn't even the first time that such poor service has happened to customers.

The person that is making the smoothies needs to be more careful because I found aluminum paper on my smoothies. That’s very dangerous needs to be more careful. The manager needs to step up and check everything. It looks like there’s no order.

This happened to me twice . I placed my order and I spent so much time waiting for it . Finally I got up and I. noticed some of the employees were talking and joking while I was waiting . I was served when in reached out to one of them and mentioned that I have been waiting for so long . It’s bad business .

Went there for the first time yesterday. I got the spinach lentil soup, salmon bowl (spinach and broccoli) and a wheat grass shot. The salmon was cooked well, not hard and tasty, maybe a lil bit more seasoning but not a deal breaker as they provide salt and pepper. I was in and out. I would go back.
