March 12, 2026 I went to Energy Fuel in Garden City in the evening and ordered the chicken sandwich with regular air fries. I woke up super nauseous on March 13,2026 early in the morning. I ended up getting terrible food poisoning. I’m convinced there was some type of cross contamination in this establishment. I’ve been vomiting all day. Everything else I ate earlier in the day was homemade stuff I felt fine until I ate that chicken sandwich. Do not eat here unless you want to end up sick.
Update: nothing has been done to remedy this situation. I have not received a single email when I called twice already about this.

I’ve gone to this energy several times over the course of a year or so and have never encountered such an issue that I have today. An order was placed for my office exceeding $20, using their online ordering service. However, once I got to the establishment the attitude that I received was unacceptable, and I have to deal with a made up rule about having an ID matching the order name. Even after giving them the order number I was told I need to have the person who ordered send their ID. This is absolutely ridiculous! Not too mention several issues with the food. The website should display the store’s made up policy. And when I said how strict the policy is the very nasty and rude person that helped me pointed to a poorly written and incorrectly written sign. I will be sure not to come here ever again.

Employees were horrible. Eating McDonald’s and ignoring our order while it was ready.
Customer service is horrible!!!!! I ordered a wrap with sauce on the side via uber/pickup. they forgot the sauce. So I had to go to the store. The manager was not helpful, her explanation did not make sense (language barrier) She blamed the app, she blamed me that I ordered plain chicken. Then Wilmer an employee there laughs in my face as I am talking and then sticks his tongue out at me after she made him apologize at my request! Where is the professionalism here. No accountability!! Never experienced such rude people!!!!

Unprofessional, I walked in to place an order . Everyone was on their phone! The only person that was working was the guy in the back ! I watched a few minutes after I placed my order before the girl decided to get it prepped. It’s a business, phone usage should be during break time!
