I had a terrible experience at Gong Cha. I ordered my drink with tapioca pearls and paid extra for them, and I literally watched the girl make it without adding any. When I called her out, she tried to argue with me and insisted the drink “doesn’t come with tapioca.” That’s not the point if a customer orders and pays for an add on, you put it in the drink. It’s common sense. Honestly, she needs to learn how to read the order sticker before making anything, because this was just careless. Instead of fixing the mistake immediately, she doubled down and acted like I was wrong. Bad service, bad attention to detail, and a complete waste of money.

The drinks are good but sometimes they can be rude like if you orders 3 drinks instead of 2. I asked and all they did was say I ordered 2 and moved on like I wasn’t there.

The staff there are incredibly rude. The girl who made my drink set it down, then tossed the straw at the cup without manners, and turned away with an attitude. If you don’t like your job then quit honey.

I ordered a passion fruit tea and it was incredible. The girls are super friendly and super fast. The medium size was super large (which I was grateful for, since I was left wanting more). Thank you for discovering that good flavor for me. Now I will have to look for somewhere in Spain where they sell something similar. The price is more than correct!
i was in a rush and needed some ice coffee. THIS TASTED LIKE I JUST LICKED A HORSE. LITERALLY THE WORST COFFEE IN MY LIFE. and i know some of y’all are gonna say like why did i get coffee at a boba place and again, i was in a rush.

Wish there was a zero star option here. Worst experience ever. They hire a bunch of cheap labor work here, who obviously don't know how to make bubble tea. All you taste is basically sugar. You will not taste anything else. Staff was super rude when I brought it up. Asked me to return the drink and I would get a partial refund. I was told to swipe my credit card again. I found out later that my statement that I ended up being charged twice. Seriously the worst experience ever. I would not go back again.
