Darcy was very professional, best customer service made the drink amazing, really cool of her! Was spectacle at first to try out the Oreo cookies and cream drink it ended up amazing like a shake. Thank you! ??

Tried the new strawberry almond jelly milk tea which was really good. The hint of almond worked really well with the strawberry. Why the 2 stars? The price of their drinks is insane. Why is a large costing way more than venti Starbucks lattes? I swear this location up charges everything. I don't remember the last time I had gong cha at a different location costing this much. It's just highway robbery.

My experience with the service here was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Despite explaining that my son has allergies after ordering two drinks and needing an extra cup, both the clerk and the manager refused to provide one. This lack of understanding and assistance made the situation unnecessarily difficult and even dangerous for my child. I even offered to buy a cup and pay for it, but they wouldn’t provide. So you lost a customer for life and should be ashamed.

Visited this location . Was charged for my order. The “receipt” didn’t print out so they did NOT give me my tea and told me the order didn’t go through. I showed them my phone and the charge did indeed go through and they refused to give me my tea. They said if the receipt didn’t print then it’s my fault and I would have to pay again. I refused and walked away he told me just “dispute the charge” if it goes through and to pay again. Never again, so rude and unprofessional.

I will give 0 star if I can. The lady who made the bubble tea always has such horrible attitude when we came two times!!! I told them no bubble and she put bubbles. I asked for a bag she said no bag, while I saw the bags behind her. Why customers paying for this attitude?

Gongcha is good but this location sucks. They should be open at 11:00 but they are late almost 15 mins. Three workers there which are extremely rude. I ask for less ice which I get was a whole cup of ice so I told the guy who wears glasses that I ordered less ice for milk tea. He told me this is less ice (a whole cup of ice?) and milk tea is hot so it would become less ice. The picture is “less ice” and it’s completely getting cold. Really sucks location. Better go to starbucks next to it.

Not happy with the service!! Cashier inputs the wrong order details, ex: asked for no bubbles, and wanted pudding instead. Then less sugar for the other 2 drinks, and instead, drinks were all made with 100% sugar. On top of that, I just kindly asked the server to announce the drinks while she placed drinks on the pickup side, then she gave me an attitude (rolled her eyes, read the labels, obnoxiously, and then Slams the drinks down for customers to pickup). Usually, the server would announce the drinks that are ready for pickup, right? Are they assumming the customers know which orders are ready? Custumers before me were still waiting on their drinks, and had to read the drinks that were ready, on their own, to see if it was their drinks. Having a bad day? Please don't take it out on the customers!!!

I asked for a dirty brown sugar and they gave me a regular one and when I calmly said to them my order was wrong the kid at the register raised his voice at my saying “no you didn’t” ZERO customer service and my drink was horrible.

I love Gongcha, but this location sucks! I have never experienced such horrible service asking for something so simple that doesn't cost much.One employee who claims herself as the “MANAGER” needs to be replaced. She has no customer service skills, unfriendly, not welcoming, and very unprofessional. Someone with an attitude should not be given the opportunity to be as a “manager” or to work anywhere.I always get the pearl milk tea with regular ice but this time she (the so-called manager) only put like 20% ice on it so I kindly asked her if she can put more. She refused to give me some ice, saying they don't give cups of ice and that I should go to another place to get some.I tried to explained it to her that I don’t need a cup of ice and that I just wanted more ice on my milk tea! I asked for a manager and she said “I’m the manager” with her attitude. ???Sis should be ashamed of herself for saying she's the manager because it's seriously embarrassing to claim to be a manager but not have any customer service skills.I understand if they don’t give a cup of ice to anyone but I am a regular customer, and isn’t that part of their service? Why tell me to go get from the other store when I am buying from your store? Just horrible, horrible experienced!At the end, she put more ice on my milk tea, took a huge scoop of ice because she mad lol but that’s okay I still drink my milk tea with over 100% ice on it!Reading other reviews here are true! They need a better customer service! Management pls take this seriously!
