Today we decided to try the Nordstrom Grill for the first time. Our server, Herson, was totally kind, professional, and attentive. We had the misfortune to sit near a very rude and disruptive customer. We almost got up and left. Herson very smoothly difused the uncomfortable situation. The rest of our lunch was perfect. The food is so delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you Herson and Michel our wonderful host. You are both an asset to your firm.

Well 1st, I have never been to Nordstrom Grill before. Open table says you need to make a reservation, so I did. When we arrived there were 6 people there , the waiter said to us 2 people & I said I made a reservation, he laughed. My husband thought it looked like a cafeteria. Open table said it had a fireplace, it doesn't. It doesn't, you have to go into the Nordstrom store to use the restroom. We ordered drinks, which we were the only ones doing so, everyone else...

My waitress was excellent her name was Patty this was my second visit and I requested Patty because she provides excellent customer service and treat you like a family member the food is very good I was very surprised of the quality of the food being that it's in a restaurant store I recommend it to anybody
