We went through the drive through and Luis could not have been ruder. I had an order with a subtraction and when I made sure he’d gotten it on the confirmation, he snapped and was so rude.

If I could put a zero ✰ I would! I asked for a refund because I ordered an extra sandwich by accident on 1/16, the manager said I can only get a refund on the entire order than I have to repurchase the food I got without the sandwich. I agreed and paid an extra $30, thinking I’m going to get my original payment refunded $52 and it’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t received my refund! She completely lied for the inconvenience. I’m very upset and Popeyes doesn’t even have a customer service number, this is horrible and the food was midline so greasy

My wife placed an online order today and it was accepted. However, when I arrived at the mall entrance, security informed me that no stores were open. This reflects very poor management by Popeyes, as neither the online ordering system nor the Google business hours were updated.

the best popeyes i've been to in a minute! they aren't stingy with sauce, and when i put my order in on the app i requested extra sauce and they fr put EXTRA. amazing service!
