DISRESPECTFUL TO SERVICE DOG AND THE HANDLERThis is absolutely the worst Starbucks experience I had ever had, and I’ve been to Starbucks in different countries, yes countries. I was waiting in line with my in-training service dog, and a staff came to me saying “No dogs”. I told her this is my in-training service dog, and she replied“Emotional support animal can’t do, has to be SERVICE dog.” So I showered her my dog’s certification, she said “well, okay” and left. No apologies or explanations, nothing. What I felt from the interaction was that she accused me for lying and tried to “catch” me. By the way, I am Asian. Read into that what you will.

Nice location. Beverages always great and personnel pleasant. Only problem is bathroom was filthy. Ladies and gentlemen please clean up after use. Employees may be too busy to clean up behind customers.

The drink was pretty good for the price. The drink was a tall Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. I feel like every time I go to a Starbucks the drink size gets smaller and smaller. Would come here only to go for the drink.

First time stopping in at this location. Was excited to have a vanilla cold brew drink and feel invigorated. Instead, was highly disappointed to get a bitter tasting drink with no flavor. Had 3 pumps of vanilla added in thinking it would help. It did not, it made it worst. Strong artificial and bitter tasting coffee :(* $7 bucks wasted. Nice ambience at least.
Ordered mobile and it took half an hour to come out just for my drink to be 80% ice

I totally wiped out this morning on the pavement and lost my coffee , a Good Samaritan saw me and the store remade it for me. Thank you all involved in that ! Great service and amazing staff !!

I make a trip out to Trader Joe's every two weeks, and I make it my business to stop into the Starbucks next door and get an egg white and turkey bacon sandwich with a triple shot of the blonde ristretto updose, that was recommended to me by my niece. She said if you wanted to be wired all day, this was all you needed. The blonde ristretto is intense and very flavorful. If you have a long day ahead and need that energy, then go blonde. Good stuff.
