Gong cha’s iced drinks are the perfect way to cool off on hot summer days. They offer a variety of drinks but are well known for their exquisite Taiwan sourced teas and milk foam. I got the Milk Foam Earl Grey Tea and added Pudding. I chose the recommended sweetness level (50%). It had the perfect balance of tea flavor, sugar and saltiness from the milk foam. It is recommended to mix the drink well but I like to have the milk foam at the conclusion of my drink experience....read full review
Customer service was great
As a former bobarista, I can say that Peiyao is an incredible worker! I ordered my favorite drink, Passionfruit Green Tea, and some people lazily pour the green tea into the cup after chilling it. Peiyao actually shakes the green tea, which makes it less bitter! Incredible work!! I’ll definitely be back!
