WELL CRAFTED DRINKS!!We ordered lychee crush with boba. The taste, flavor and sweetness was spot on. The boba was soft and chewy. The place is spacious and clean. The workers were friendly and respectful. Very nice ambiance and decor. Highly recommend the store.

In plainview I ordered a tea at Gong Cha.didn't like the bubble stuff that the server let me try first. Saw all kinds of yummy looking choices. Noted allergy sign (see pix) asked found out I could not drink them. Did get hot Mach'a tea with condensed milk , I believe they added sugar. It was sweet and a nice taste but made me thirsty. Good for those that like such drinks, not so much for me.

The place was nice and clean. Also the workers were warm and friendly. They were ready to help to select the best drink. I ordered dirty brown sugar milk tea and it was delicious.You can select the ice level, sugar level and your favorite topping for the drink.They gave me 10% discount for the Paris Baguette bill.

The worker was extremely sweet and very warm and friendly. my friend didn’t know what to buy since it was her first time but she was so patient and was giving her a list of options based on her likings. very much would come again best service and experience i’ve had in a while.

This is a new location for this chain. The place was very clean and got to order right away. I normally get Taro but decided to get the brown sugar milk tea with boba. It had a strong tea flavor which I liked but think I will stick with taro. They were giving out chocolate filled waffles which was nice. They tasted pretty good but I don't think I would order one.

Extremely friendly and supportive staff. The teas are delicious especially the Bubble Milktea and Passionfruit Greentea. We enjoyed the experience there. It’s our favorite boba shop.
