A beyond employee named Marian yelled at myself and my 8 year old while we were waiting for our coffee. Accusing him of breaking a cup and making him cry. This is beyond ridiculous. Though the whole ordeal, I didn’t raise my voice. Clearly when dealing with angry social path retail workers with a false sense of power it is useless. But yelling at a customer from across the store and accusing them of an action she didn’t see with her own eyes is embarrassing to the company and the local store manager. There were multiple employees closer than her that just rolled their eyes at her actions. Anyway I wanted to say. I have called corporate to file a complaint. I also ask where was the adult store manager and why was he sleeping on a Sunday Afternoon 3/17. Their training and oversight should also be reviewed. And by the way running out of ice and making customers wait for 1/2 hour without telling them I’d very unprofessional. We will never go back but wanted to share the incident

If I could give this place 0 stars I would cuz today I went here with my brother and I got the matcha tea latte, it tasted absolutely disgusting. There’s a Starbucks near my workplace and they make the best Iced matcha tea latte. The girl with the red highlights doesn’t know how to make drinks. Idk how is this place even functioning. It needs to shut down. My brother got the “Tall salted caramel cold brew and he did not like it at all. I had throw my drink out. Y’all need to do better cuz we pay for our drinks. Money doesn’t grow on tress y’all. Do better!!!

No one made the drinks purchased through the mobile app. After waiting for 30 minutes, I asked the waiter for someone to start making them. After the drinks were made, there were no suitable lids, no straws, and the wrong things were made. It was very bad. This is the worst thing I have ever encountered. Terrible

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever purchased from anywhere in the world. The workers lied about not having the cups to make the drink I wanted the way I wanted then when I saw it right there under the counter they pretended not to know it was there.The counters and serving space was extremely dirty and messy. They weren’t even wiping down the counter. The two young girls making the drinks were wiping their face and nose, scratching their heads and chatting away about some man issues. All with no gloves.The drinks were made messy. Spills on the sides of the cups that weren’t wiped away before giving them to customers. The milk they used to make the drink was clearly spoiled since my whole family got terribly sick for two days after having the drink.Absolute worst Starbucks in the world. If I could have given zero stars I would haveDo Not Buy Here. Starbucks should have this outlet closed down or change out the staff and overhaul.

The longest I've ever waited for a latte anywhere. ANYWHERE. Literally 45 minutes to get a grande gingerbread latte. You can do a lot in 45 minutes. And I should note, there were 7 people in front of me. But FORTY-FIVE minutes. I mean... did they run out to buy fresh milk? Were they waiting on a shipment of grande cups? I have no idea. At least they got the drink right and it tasted pretty decent.Oh, i should mention that there were 6 (yes, 6) baristas behind the counter, but it seemed like there was no order to how they were making the drinks. People many spots behind me in line got their signature lattes before I got mine. Definitely mobile order well in advance if you come here. But then again, then your drink might get taken from the counter as they don't announce names or check people's mobile apps half the time.I'd order from a different location if you can. This one is not great.

they get the drinks wrong every single time and when you ask them to fix it they lie about how certain drinks can be made. i’ve gone to 20 other starbucks and have had my drink made the way i want, so how come when i come here all of a sudden u cant put cold foam on ur drink. sounds like laziness to me.
