Share your opinion about Starbucks
Just needed an extra cup. Empty cup. But can't have that. I've been to other Starbucks where they give you an extra cup as a holder even. This location is pretty cheap
They charged me a dollar for no ice!!! Never seen that before! Edit: After extra research, this is actually illegal due to the starbucks policy. They only are allowed to enact a $1.00 Starbucks when the drink is ordered without ice. I plan to contact Starbucks Corporate and I hope this will not happen again. Edit: I have contacted Starbucks and resolved the issue. They gave me a $1.00 refund to my gift card.
I came for three different drinks, and they gave me 5! The worst thing is that they repeated one of the drinks 3 times and they just gave me back a drink, that is, I paid 4 and to top it off they only gave me 3, this service sucks
