I work in the mall and I genuinely would love to know who the manager of this establishment is😭 this place is always a mess they have 0 organization to make the business run more efficiently there’s always 1 person scooping food during a rush and it seems like everyone else has no idea what’s going on or how to help, standing in line rn writing this review bc Ive been waiting 30 min just to get some rice and people are able to sit down while waiting in line...read full review
I just made a purchase at Chipotle at Roosevelt Field Mall. Server wasn’t that friendly. The server complete my order but while cashing out the person seemed a bit frustrated. The server blew off air and said sorry it has been a long day. Whaaat ?! I don’t care how long your day was , you don’t do that. The turned and told the server we have “ long days”. I eat chipotle a good amount. For me, it’s never an issue to order and get out. At this specific place I was greeted with attitude and disrespect off the bat. To top it off, my burrito damn near fell apart as I unwrap it from the aluminum foil! If you do not like your job or cannot work it do not do it!!!!
