Phil and Quinn were amazing! We did a tasting and a few drinks as well as had great conversation. Such a cool spot and wonderful atmosphere.
Amazing experience with a great distillery! Perfect spot for a large or small gathering. I worked via email and phone with Nick and he was so accommodating when my plans changed. The outside space is lovely and the drinks are delicious. I would love to come back here!
Picked up some nice local bourbon and rye as gifts for friends
My wife and I had a great time! We did the flight and a couple of cocktails, please shar the blood orange cocktail withe the back room deal, we forgot to take a picture of the cocktail menu
Btw, it’s about the rye!
Nice place with great outdoor area by the river
Wow! Best distillery we ever visited. The tasting was so fun, and the cocktails were incredibly creative and delicious! Dirty work on the new menu is outstanding!!! What truly made this place stand out is the staff. Rachel, Quinn, and another lovely bartender whose name i forgot (had too much fun i think 😉) were so hospitable, friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to come back and taste their creations again!
Do not miss this place if you are around!!
Great bar, great staff, great liquor, homemade whiskey and bourbon. Great place to go.
Quinn, Phil, and Jamishay are the Best
Thanks to local friends , found this hidden gem!
This is like a little piece of Kentucky , in NY! Amazing staff , shout out to Rachel for taking care of us and making the experience epic!

In a pinch, tha charging station really came in a clutch. Slow but effective.

We had a lot of fun doing a tasting of their whisky! Would totally come back and try out some more!
Somewhere between a 3 and a 4 would probably be appropriate.
The atmosphere is great. We loved the feel of the place, appreciated that we could charge our EV outside, and enjoyed the ambiance. The taco truck outside was also excellent.
Upon sitting at the bar, we were greeted by a friendly bartender who I quickly learned was not very knowledgabel about bourbon. She was unfamiliar with Woodford Reserve or Weller. Not a big deal, but sort of strange in a craft distillery trying to make a name for itself in the world of whiskey.
My wife had a cocktail that she enjoyed, but didn't rave about.
I decided to try their tasting flight with each of their bourbon/whiskey offerings. It was a mistake. Only the two oldest offerings were drinkable. The others were unfortunately just bad. I'm not sure I'd have enjoyed them if used in a cocktail either. Perhaps I'm spoiled by living near the heart of bourbon country, but I honestly would take most any well whiskey over what was on offer at Hudson. It's a shame, really because my wife liked her drink okay (which I believe used their rum), and we REALLY enjoyed the atmosphere. Hopefully they'll come along with their whiskey making and our next visit will be a little better, because there's a lot to like here.
The VIP whiskey tasting and tour with Rachel was such a delight and exceeded expectations for our visit. We learned so much about the distilling process and history from Rachel and had such a fun time doing it. She was highly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and exactly who you would want to be your guide. We thought she had worked there for many years beyond her tenure and ran the place. Our experience with Rachel guarantees a return visit!
Great cocktails and whiskey! Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, Beautiful surroundings, Definitely will be my go to distillery
The best distillery visit experience, excellent bar, and nice people! I highly recommend the visit.
