“Update: started coming here again a few months ago and have had much better experiences. They typically have what I'm trying to order and they have been getting my orders correct consistently. I've adjusted my rating accordingly. Keep up the good work.Previous:Pretty crappy place. Always out of stuff. They don't seem to want to sell anything.“

“My all time favorite hang-out. The food is fantastic as is are the drinks. All forms of hot and cold sandwiches and drinks. Service is exemplary. Prices are good, plenty of seating with ambient music. Seasonal specialty drinks are available.Update; 2/2023. The interior and exterior got very nice makeovers the menu changed a little as have the hours in the last year or so. Drinks and food is still excellent and a great place to meet friends and colleagues. Now closed on Sundays. Parking was changed last year, but still plenty. Best coffee shop I've been to still.Update 7/23: They have switched a couple of their bakery vendors and the goods are just as tasty as before with new selections.Parking: In the plaza. Some people don't stop at the crossing, so be careful. It is lit at night.“

“I have 2 twin newborns. They were asleep in the car and I needed something healthy to eat while passing through town. Kaylee was willing to take my (complicated!) order over the phone and literally walk it out to me at my car!! Exceptional human kindness at its finest.Vegetarian options: They were willing to change the salad ingredients AND dressing to accommodate my dietary restrictions — not only vegan but also gluten free!“

“I cannot rate Java Wally's. My crippling social anxiety prevented me from getting past the entrance. They have a lovely sandwich board sign that confused and amused me, which made the agonizing departure from my home tilt one degree toward worthwhile.“

“The sweets here are usually very good. They have a good variety to choose from. Their brewed coffee is never that great. They do have the biggest selection of flavor shots however so that sometimes covers the taste. The drinks besides normal coffee are typically good as well“

“I have been going here for many years and from my experience, these are the best bagels in Rochester. I always pick up a dozen when I have guests from out of town. I just wish they would fix their web info. I can't tell exactly what their hours are. Some parts of the site claim they are open at 5:00 on some days. Others say they don't open until 7:00.Parking: Easy access. Part of a strip mall.“
