Terrible wait time and staff is rude, never going back again

Great ice cream, great value and really friendly staff.

Just got a loaded burger and fries, listed menu price 9.75 + 3.00 + tax. In no way does this add up to the 18 dollars I was charged. When I mentioned that the price I was charged was not what was listed on the menu I was told 'thats a typo, the burger is 10.75' (Thats still not 18 dollars even with tax)To be fair they did try and walk back when I said I would not be coming back, but you can't unscramble and egg and I have no forgiveness for blatant bait and switching and theft.I will not be coming back and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

We often go to Valley Harvest when we don't feel like cooking. Great salads and decent sandwiches - the hot dog is good too. The best thing about this place is the ice cream. Micro batches of really unique flavors. A word of caution - it does take a while for the food - lots of locals call ahead for orders or do take-out. Otherwise it's a favorite!

We thought this might be a good spot to take the grandkids on a recent visit. Sadly, we were mistaken. The girl got our order wrong. The french fries weren’t the best but the hot dogs were very good. My big complaint was the price posted for icecream wasn’t clear. We ordered kiddie cones but the cost was higher because we didn’t get soft serve. No where on the price board did it say that. Would we return? Probably not.

5 stars for sure! I used to come here often a few years ago, as I used to work close by. A couple coworkers and I usually stopped on our lunch breaks. I remember them serving big tasty salads, burgers, ice cream, etc. Everything was fresh, and the ladies behind the counter were always very nice. If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll be stopping again.

These side of the road shacks are usually hidden gems and Valley Harvest was no exception. The burgers were cooked perfectly and came with plenty of toppings. We forgot the dog food so they even made a burger especially for him and said they knew how to cook perfectly it since a lot of people bring their dogs. The fries were a great portion size and very delicious (sorry, apparently I forgot to take a picture). My only let down was the milkshakes. They were just okay, not as thick as I would have liked it so it lacked a littler in the flavor department but the meal made up for it. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

My family and I frequently order from this small business. Everything is affordable and very tasty with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is cozy and cute making it a wonderful spot to catch up with a friend or two.
