“We had the most wonderful brunch today at Shadow 66! A few years back, we used to visit their downtown Hudson location, and this new spot is even more impressive. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and full of charm — decorated with antique pieces and even two vintage Citroën cars that give the place so much character.
The food was absolutely incredible. We tried the Souvenir and the 66 Burger, both packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. For dessert, the caramelized apple crêpe was simply perfection — the best way to end our meal.
The combination of delicious food, unique décor, and welcoming vibe makes Shadow 66 a true gem. Can’t wait to come back again soon!“
