first time to this location maybe over 100 times to the roslyn location now closed. It is a Tuesday night 7:00pm and the restaurant is basically empty we asked if we could sit at a banquet table as my wife has a medical issue with her back. there was a table empty it was for four two tables side by side we were only two after explaining this to the waiter or what ever he was other than just rude we decided to leave. this is the first and last time i will ever patronize your or any other La Bottega's again. Good luck with your staff and their attitude.

Just moved to glen cove and it was our first time here. The cashier for takeout with the blue hair and tattoos had a horrible attitude and was rude and uninterested. Will never go back solely based off the experience.

Ordered take out and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When we got there they didn’t have our order and made us wait another 25 minutes until the woman at the front finally looked and found our order which was sitting there already made this whole time. She then claimed it was just made and came out but the sandwich was already cold. The employees should be better educated as to where take out orders are and should not lie to customers when they made an obvious mistake. Definitely will not be doing take out again.

Highly recommend their lunch special. You pick 2 out of 4 options (soup, salad, pasta, panini) and they put it in a box which is convenient when you’re on the go. I ordered 1/2 pear salad and 1/2 chicken panini, and their famous spicy mayo on side. Healthy option when you’re on the go or dining in.

I love this place. Everything is always fresh and delicious. They’re accommodating give you choices. The pizza is fabulous. The soup is good and they offer goat cheese on their sandwiches and I love goat cheese.
