La Famiglia Pizzeria & Restaurant

We had a rehearsal dinner here and I must say the food was amazing! The calamari was delicious, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The marinara sauce was homemade and delicious! We enjoyed the Caesar Salad. The dressing was homemade, not commercial. The pasta dishes were authentic and prepared with high quality ingredients.The Chicken Francese was tender and the sauce was right on the money! Nicole, the Manager made our evening a night to remember. Thank you Nicole, for your hospitality, and for taking such good care of our group. We will definitely be back.

From NYC and can say was definitely some of the best pizza I’ve had. Must try the white slice and if you have any room for dessert the cheesecake is phenomenal.
Our server Nyla was great and always stopped by to make sure everything was going well.

Nicole is great waitress and hooked us up with some good food. Make sure you ask about pastamania for tuesdays and wednesdays when you want a cheaper deal.

We drove up from NC to Glen Cove on Friday Oct 25 for a family wedding on Saturday Oct 26. We wanted to celebrate our daughters birthday ( Oct 25) and saw a prefect name of a restaurant "La Famiglia" we also had our daughter and son in law driving in from CT. When I first walked in I was greeted by a woman with a beautiful smile and a warm Hello her name Nicole. Then I felt a warm sensation come over me - then oh my goodness the " beautiful smells the aroma " brought me back to my Nonnis (grandmother in Italian) kitchen then the foods so mouth watering displayed in the case looked to deliciously perfect. As we waited to be seated I was drawn to a small table with wine bottles then I saw Angel Wings designed on a bottle named "Angels Ink" I then knew my Angels brought me here. Then Nicole took our orders 1st I ordered the Angels Ink wine and my family had the Italian beer 2nd we ordered the Fried Calamari ( which was absolutely delicious.Everyone must try it you will not be disappointed! 3rd 2 personal pizzas the cheese Margherita and the Saportia awesomely delicious 4th dessert chocolate cheesecake and tarismu a perfect ending to our family celebration! We visited the area due to a wedding! We are from North Carolina but we are originally from Connecticut. I craved italian since I left. The food was great and the service was excellent. If you want pizza and a treat this is the spot. Get the tiramisu!!

We had an amazing experience eating here! Our Server Jonathan and manager Nicole were very friendly, attentive and helpful! The bread that the owner Paul makes was made fresh and still warm! The food came out very quickly too. I got Chicken Francese that was phenomenal. Chicken was very juicy and cooked perfect and the Francese sauce was so tasty! They are affordable and offer great food! Even got some good Chocolate Mousse for dessert! Highly recommend!

My family had an event here after our wedding. Fantastic! Paul & Nicole ensured every detail was perfect. Wonderful wait staff. Very attentive and friendly. The food is delicious. Great ambiance for our event. I highly recommend La Famiglia.
