About Lorenzo's

Lorenzo's is a pizza restaurant located in Glen Cove that once had a great reputation for its pizza. Recent reviews suggest that the quality has declined, with the pizza now described as "greasy" and "bland," lacking the robust flavors it once had. However, customers still enjoy the fresh crust and the overall authentic taste. The place is clean, and customer service is excellent, with friendly staff and good portions. Many visitors appreciate the variety, from delicious seafood dishes like the seafood platter and fried calamari to specialty slices and the pasta amatricana, which is highly recommended. The garlic knots are good, though some say they could be more garlicky and buttery. The restaurant offers daily specials, desserts, and a mix of pizza and full Gourmet style dinners, making it a popular spot for both casual and more satisfying meals.
