This has to be my favorite Ralph's location for several reasons. The staff is so nice and consistent. The location is great for parking - and if you're in a rush you can place a pick up order on most delivery apps. Sometimes there's a long line but that's just Ralph's/any ice cream place in the spring/summer, and they really do their best to get the lines down, compared to some of their other locations. I don't understand why people complain so much...
It is so refreshing to know there is someone bilingual working at a busy place like this, if I am not mistaken she said her name was Kaylin. She took her time naming flavors to my father in Spanish which was so sweet. This location always has the nicest girls every time we go, I applaud the owners and the managers.
I am a regular customer to Glen Cove Ralph’s and they never disappoint! Fast and friendly service and their ices are delicious ! If you are in the area I recommended to stop here to get your frozen treats
