That in its self is a break from the norms around here.
the chopmeat mixture of Chuck and Brisket is flaverful. Tell them to put a slice of lettice under the meat patty and it will keep the bun from getting juice soaked. cheese on top to potect the bun and you will get it the way you want it cooked.
