The food was light, refreshing and delicious. The ambiance was beautiful and relaxed.
The atmosphere is beautiful and has a very authentic Greek feel: there were plenty of people lined up for photos ops. Unfortunately, the food and service didn’t live up to the setting.
The octopus was overcooked and tough, and the steak was stringy with a lot of gristle. The service was equally disappointing. It felt chaotic from start to finish: we never knew who our server was, our drinks arrived late, and our food took a long time to come out.
We were also celebrating my husband’s birthday. Unfortunately, the staff forgot about it until after the surprise had already been ruined. They did eventually bring out a complimentary cheesecake “on the house” and sang to him, which we appreciated, but by then the moment had passed.
Overall, while the ambiance is pretty, the food and service fell well below our expectations.
And update; the restaurant replied to my post stating to email them - I did. I have not had a response

Recently dined at the Cove after seeing it hyped on Instagram as a Santorini style spot in Long Island. The entrance with the blue door is beautiful, but that’s really the extent of the vibe social media definitely makes it seem like more.
We went on a Thursday expecting a livelier atmosphere, but it was very relaxed although they do have a Dj. The location by the marina is nice, though.
Service was disappointing. Our waiter wasn’t very helpful with menu questions and seemed impatient. We also have dietary restrictions, and while he did suggest a dish the kitchen could accommodate, it ended up tasting very bitter and we didn’t eat it. When he asked if we wanted it packed up and we said no, due to the taste his response felt dismissive , and nothing was taken off the bill. We weren’t looking for anything for free, but when a dish goes completely uneaten, a small adjustment or acknowledgment would have felt like good customer service.
Overall, the place looks nice, but the food was okay we enjoyed the shareable appetizer platter and the baklava dessert.

The Cove was such a vibe! Beautiful atmosphere, fresh seafood, amazing drinks and the staff was so friendly and offered amazing recommendations. Pricing was reasonable as well. Stop in, it's definitely worth it! Ask for Lawrence to take care of you!

This was my second time dining at the Cove. I came back because my first experience was excellent, and I was looking forward to another great meal.
My daughter and I visited on Sunday, and our waitress, Lisette, was explaining the daily specials. I originally wanted the seafood pasta, but she recommended the frutti de mare instead. I asked what the price difference would be if I ordered it with pasta, and she told me $30, she said was $10 less than the seafood pasta. I even asked, are you sure? And she confidently said yes. Based on that in formation, I decided to order it.
When the bill arrived, I was charged $30 for the frutti de mare plus an additional $15 for the pasta, making it $45. That was not what had been explained to me. When I questioned the charge, Lisette had an attitude rather than acknowledging the misunderstanding. She eventually offered to remove the $15 charge, but the interaction had already left me feeling disappointed.
Whether it was a miss understanding or poor communication, it felt misleading and left a bad taste in my mouth. It was unfortunate because I genuinely enjoyed my first visit and came back expecting the same level of service. I hope management addresses this so future guests receive clear and accurate information about pricing.

We had a wonderful lunch experience at The Cove! The atmosphere was lovely, and the customer service was absolutely outstanding.
A special shoutout to our waiter, Oscar—he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Exceptional service like his really sets this place apart. We will definitely be back!

Super professional, courteous service! Gilberto was the waiter and he was the BEST!!
Loved the Pre Fixe lunch choices. The Greek salad and Branzino were delicious and perfectly seasoned!! The baklava is exceptional and then they added a delightful fig ice cream under so it’s an extra extraordinary treat
Will return as often as possible!!
