“I came to this street specifically to taste Billy's perfect hot dog! I came to the place 3 times on different days until suddenly he was there. Don't miss a visit to Billy. The experience is exceptional and unique in taste and the special person he is. The most humble and kindest man you will meet in New York. The hot dog is so delicious and the toppings were from another world! This is my best memory from my first visit in my life (June 2023) to New York! I miss this place ❤️ I WILL COME BACK 🥇“

“Auntie Anne’s never disappoints! The pretzels are always warm, soft, and perfectly buttery. Whether I’m grabbing the classic original or treating myself to the cinnamon sugar, it’s always a hit. The smell alone draws you in, and the friendly service just makes it even better. Bonus points for the refreshing lemonade and pretzel nuggets – addictively good. Perfect snack for a mall trip or just a quick treat!“

“Went during happy hour on a sunny Monday. It was full (not packed), no lines to get tickets — used to buy other items — and beer
The food, a bunch of sorted sausages, potato salad and a pretzel, were all delicious! That is, except for the chicken sausage, which didn’t really taste like much (lack of salt and of seasoning), though that’s nothing a bit of mustard can’t fix
A great place to have a conversation! Though, if it’s pretty hot, as it was the case, you may feel a bit uncomfortable. Perhaps get extra beers?“

“When I’m on the streets of New York… especially times square… one thing comes to mind - pretzels… specifically Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. I want it hot, crispy, salty or sweet (depending on my mood). And who better to get me a pretzel? My guy “Mi” - he’s got the pretzels on lock and is great with customer service allowing us to enjoy our pretzel and the full nyc experience. Thanks Mi and the Auntie Anne’s Team - I appreciate your service 🫡“
“Finally an Auntie Anne in this area! This location also has Cinnabon and Carvel. When you walk-in, you can smell the aroma of fresh baked Cinnabons and pretzels it’s so delicious. You won’t be able to leave without getting something. I like that you can see everything being made. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food is fresh and hot especially the pretzels. Best tasting compared to other Auntie Anne’s I’ve been to in Brooklyn. Love this location already!“

“Pretzelmaker is way better than Auntie Anne’s Pretzel. They’re tastier and better quality. Don’t know why they no longer are in business in the Queens Center Mall. ? Now, they’re opening everywhere Auntie Anne’s ugh but why?!?! They’re drier and don’t taste as fresh sadly ??♀️“

“I came to this location for the first time yesterday. Only two workers were in. They had a few orders, and more people were coming in. I ordered the pretzel and it was really good. I am definitely going back today for more. I definitely gave them a tip. They were working so hard and trying to get everything out in a timely manner.“
