Tonight, 12/30/2023 we had the worst service ever for an APP order with dine in. The manager was Rude to us when we inquired about our order and a missing item. To find out our order was ready, but sat in drive up for 15 minutes and we were never called.
My fiancé was doing Uber eats tonight trying to make his 2 last calls to make his incentive. 2 customers placed orders. He goes there to pick up the orders up before 1am. There was 2 cars ahead of him waiting for someone to take their order. No one answers so they left my fiancé drives up to the window honks the horn a couple of times when a worker looked up and said they were closed. Meanwhile the place is not closed.
