Stopped at 5:30 on Saturday. Got the last scraps of honey chicken, food was average at best. Went to wash my hands and the male worker came out after smoking weed in the bathroom and leaving part of his joint in the toilet. Then, he went out to the side of the bldg to smoke some more. At least make an effort not to be completely obvious. Second time at this location, both were not good, and there will never be a third.
Sat in the chipotlane for 50 minutes and could not even escape due to the car line behind me. No apology, half the toppings are missing on one bowl, and didn't get guacamole which I didn't notice while quickly checking. Stuff happens but no one should be stuck in a line that long, period. Serious mismanagement.
Ordered a steak burrito online for pick up, got home and there was NO STEAK in it. Not one single morsel or trace of beef. Lately any other time ive been ordering in the employees seem to be too busy joking with each other to pay much attention so not surprised. Maybe better management can tighten the slack?
