I don’t think this location gets enough love. Just came from from here, I had great service & enjoyed my pollo asada quesadilla
Look I get it times are tough, but like every other chipotle I go to you can barely close the lid on your food. This one I feel like I took 3 bits and I could eat 3 more bowls....girl scoping food like she's the one paying for it
9:30 pm I go in to order 2 burritos (hour and a half before closing time) and they are out of multiple things that they didn’t notify us about before starting our order as well as extremely rude for no reason whatsoever. Not impressed at all. Had I known they had no sour cream or corn salsa I wouldn’t have gotten food. Also door handle broken on the front door and alarm blaring in the entrance room.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers tasty and filling meals, with the El Pastor bowl being particularly praised for its freshness. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly and willing to help when mistakes are made. However, there have been some reports of overworked staff and management issues. Recent reviews mention that the store was clean, and many found the staff friendly. It's noted that sometimes they are out of items like grilled veggies and brown rice, and customer service can vary. The food is often hot, with the Chipotle honey chicken receiving positive feedback, but the seating and beverage area could use better cleaning and restocking of supplies like forks and straws. Some customers experienced poor service, with instances of staff not acknowledging cars at the window, leading to frustration. Overall, while the food is appreciated, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
